None of my requests were honored!
I requested a room far from the elevator, but it was right in front of the elevator!
I requested a high floor, but it was right on the second floor!
If this was going to happen, they shouldn't have even asked. I went to the trouble of filling out my request,
and they did the complete opposite!
2 singles and 1 queen, perfect for a family of four.
However, the pillows were high, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
The bathroom was spacious, but the bathtub was small for one person, which was a shame.
There are many restaurants nearby, so the commercial district is good. The hot spring water was great for relieving fatigue.
The hotel itself is quite old as expected
It seems that it has been remodeled, and it has been maintained continuously, so it can be used comfortably.
There is a sauna in the basement of the hotel, so the accessibility is quite good due to the nature of the visit for hot spring baths.
The sauna hot spring in the hotel is very nice~
In particular, I understand why the hot spring water in the open-air bath is called the king’s hot spring~^^
The view of the open-air bath is also very nice.
However, because it is an old hotel, the rooms and facilities are old^^
Dinner and breakfast are just average...
The facilities were old but clean.
You can use the hot springs inside the hotel, so you don't have to move around in a hurry.
The staff were very friendly, which was nice.
The facilities are simple and complete, but there is a lot of cotton wool and wool on the quilt. The counter is shy and the service is average. Unfortunately, they don't speak English.
Hot springs and bathtubs are great, but the heated kang is too hot for people who are afraid of heat🥵
There was a mixed line at the check-in place, but the hinoki soup and sulfur-smelling water in the room were good.
However, it is a hotel information desk, but they are clean clothes and appearance. The reception at the information desk is unfortunate.
