Traveling with kids, this place is much cleaner after the renovation compared to when it was Sonobel. The swimming facilities were good, but there wasn't much for kids to do, so it was a bit hard to spend the whole day there (no slides or play structures). It seems good for toddlers, couples, or families who just want to play for a short time. The artificial rock was incredibly slippery; I saw two people fall hard. The tiled floor was also very slippery even with aqua shoes on. Barefoot was actually less slippery. They really need to pay attention to safety. The water was shallow but wide and varied, so it was fine for a day of fun. The accommodations are more luxurious than before. Breakfast was just okay. The staff were friendly.

It was a little late and it was difficult to find. The driver suffered because the navigation was not good. And there was a very young baby, but there was no room with a bathtub, so it was a little uncomfortable to wash.

My husband had some free time, so we made a reservation during the week. I referenced another review when making the reservation, which was helpful. It said floors 6-8 were undergoing renovations, and we were assigned a room on the 5th floor. We arrived early, and the staff was very helpful and helped us check in quickly. We made a dinner reservation, went to the sauna to freshen up, and then had dinner right away. We had a comfortable, clean, and refreshing day.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The service was good. I was satisfied with the hot spring facilities, but the water at Spa World was a bit lukewarm. The outdoor hot spring bath was very nice.

Yeongju Hotel has been selected as a hotel in all nearby cities including Andong. It's really clean, you can check in quickly, and the hot spring water room is the best part. I want to visit the hot spring water again next time! I have been recovering well!

I've been there for 3 nights and 4 days, but overall it's a bit old hot spring hotel.
The room was different from each room, and the bathroom was different.

The hot spring was as good as I expected

And there is a place worth going 500 meters above the hot spring, and the hotel gave me a free ticket, so I took a lot of pictures and made good memories ㅇ.

The spa will also be charged 600 won to guests. In Japanese customs, the hotel does not charge guests for the spa. The front desk is unmanned except for 10-11 in the morning, and there is a paper with a telephone number, and guests from overseas must pay an overseas call fee and call the hotel staff. I want the staff to be at the counter for check-in. I checked in at 16:00, but I called and finally found out that the key card on the counter was for me. For the first time you enter the room, you must enter the pin code on the upper right of the voucher sheet on the door panel. The room has good facilities for self-catering and washing. The floor heating was also comfortable.
