The hotel is beautiful! There are balconies, yards and two beautiful swimming pools There are many fruit trees But the facilities are a bit strange, It has no kettle, no coffee machine, no iron, no slippers, no toothbrush, only a cup... I don't know if it is for brushing teeth or drinking water... But the wall on the roof may be made of plastic😭, the sound of walking upstairs is very clear! ...really broken

Breakfast can be, every day is different, travel with friends, navigation is not accurate, around for a long time, in fact, the hotel is very close to the road, it is very convenient to go out, Miss sister gave me upgraded suite, we did not run out of Dirham, the boss I swiped the card to us, didn't overcharge us any fees, the very kind boss, we brought instant noodles, the waiter also knows that we have to boil water, and we don't think we are not happy when we order food on their side. The old grandfather and the person were very good. On the first day, we really didn’t have cash, didn’t give him a tip, and he wouldn’t be unhappy. When we left, we helped me to get a taxi, then told the driver to play the watch. Really very caring. It is suitable for taking children. I have seen that the next room is a four-person bed. It is very large and the parking lot is a few minutes away. It is very convenient. Then we have to go to the sun to dress and travel so much. It’s important to wear clothes.

If you are in mind to visit Fes, you must absolutely stay here! Once you enter, you will be welcomed in a charming atrium where you will be served of the excellent thea to the mind. During your stay, you will be constantly aware of the reception staff, mostly composed of young people. In this respect, I feel the duty to speak words in favour of Abdul: a very professional and kind person, always careful to the needs of the client and ready to ensure you a very pleasant stay. For me and my friend, it was a point of reference. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is plenty and varied. In case you want it, the riad, makes available guides for visiting the city (advisable). In our case, we met Mohamed, a guide that led us all day inside and outside Fes, not losing anything of what is beautiful to see. If we have spent special days in Fes, it is the merit of Abdul and Mohamed. Shukran!

We have spent one night at the Vichy Moulay Yacoub hotel, 20 km from the town of Fes, Morocco. Very modern and relaxing hotel design, perfect service and very professional staff. Our room had a very comfy bed, a smart TV and a balcony with a view on the hill. All booking and assistance made by excellent sales agent Najla, her attention to details and reactivity were outstanding. The swimming pool is accessible directly from your hotel room (bathrobe and slippers provided, but I suggest you bring your own plastic slippers) from 9 am to 6h30 pm. Entrance fee is 200 MAD pp per entrance. The water is over 40 degrees Celsius and have a very strong sulfur odour ( it's forbidden for minors, and people with serious health conditions). Sulfur waters are known for healing rheumatoid, ORL and dermatologic conditions. We had several 5 minutes baths and also visited the vaporarium. All the complex is super clean and well maintained despite the sulfur waters damage. The hotel restaurant is nice, food is OK. Special mention for the chicken 'satay' with white rice and chocolate lava cake. Restaurant staff are very welcoming. Breakfast buffet is OK, would have expected a little more Moroccan food. Overall an excellent stay, relaxing and rejuvenating. Can't wait to return
