Top location and top service. The employees were very friendly and Mrs. Seda was very helpful when we indicated that the bed was not very comfortable. We then received an upgrade without obligation. We had 3 different rooms for 3 nights, but the collaboration with Trip was that we could only get the rooms on the ground floor. And we didn't really like that. The rooms and furnishings are in need of updating. The concept is there, but it must be user-friendly. The employees do get a 10 from us.

Отдыхали с 24 по 30 мая 2025 Понравилось абсолютно все : Просторные номера, большая территория, огромные бассейны, шустрые официанты в ресторанах. Мы не поняли, зачем постояльцы вставали раньше завтрака и занимали лежаки-места хватало абсолютно всегда. Еда всегда свежая и разнообразная : на любой приём пищи не менее 3х видов мяса и 3х рыбы, гарниров с десяток, не считая отдельных столов. Отдельные были :для, веганов, с соленьями, с сырами, со специями, с вареньями, а также с национальной кухней, какого-то региона Турции. За 6 дней мы ни разу не ели 2 раза одно и то же. Всегда получалось собрать что-то новое. Уборка хорошая, халаты и тапки в номере. Сейф бесплатный. Отель хорошо адаптирован для гостей в инвалидных колясках: везде безбарьерно, обычный номер эконом достаточно просторный, чтобы проехать. Санузел и душевая кабина В нем так же достаточно большие. В номере эконом 2 кровати, на глаз-160 и 120 см шириной. Если вы не пара, а просто 2 гостя-это отличный вариант. Ещё про инвалидов: в ресторане, на пляже и в бассейна есть места, помеченные значком коляски. Можно занять их, но никто не запрещает пользоваться любыми другими. Есть спец коляска на пляже с широкими колёсами. Мы всем этим пользовались Гости очень разные - от младенцев до пенсионеров. Для общения с персоналом нужен английский, хотя некоторые, по-русски говорят. Отдельно хочу сказать про СПА: руководитель Гульнура и массажистка Пуду, спасибо Вам большое, ваше гостеприимство выше всяких позвал, и массаж был чудесен

What an amazing place!!! It was really sad leaving. Everything was super nice, the staff is really friendly, great facilities, this place is like heaven you never wanna leave. I wish we came for longer to really experience everything this resort has to offer. Highly recommend this and I am definitely coming back. Thank you everyone for making our trip truly special! 🫶🏽

The air conditioner is not good, the room is old, like a sauna room, even when the air conditioner is turned off, you are sweating, so you have to sleep with the door open (through the balcony)..., no windows, not recommended

A beautiful place! Very cozy houses with a very nice environment. The terrace with a comfortable couch and candles contributes to a wonderful evening time. On the territory of rabbits and chickens. Incredibly cute. There is a swimming pool and spa. To the beach on foot 5 minutes. The beach is desert and very spacious - wonderful. The hotel has its own lying on the beach. The master is spiritual and always happy to help.

Ездили в феврале, с детьми подростками: каждый день были разные активности - игровая комната: баскетбол, аэрохоккей, боулинг, а также велосипеды и отличные теннисные корты и Падел. Теплые бассейны и прогулочные зоны! Также бесплатный трансфер и проход вПарк Легенд - зимой большая часть аттракционов закрыта, но тоже получили незабываемые эмоции.

Considering that early March is almost like early summer in Korea, it seems like the weather will be good enough to go to the beach in April. Most of the staff are friendly. Since the majority of the people are German, it may be a place that suits their tastes, but it doesn't mean that tourists from other regions will feel uncomfortable. Anyway, I want to come back with my family next time. I recommend it.

Booked a hotel for 4 days while in Istanbul. Upon arrival at 6 pm, with a huge smile, I was given a room on the 1st floor with a wildly humming oversized air conditioner at the level of the balcony. Just a nightmare. With my polite refusal, they showed me another room, in another place, also on the 1st floor. Also without a view, which I personally do not need. But what a musty, vile smell it was in it .. Again, he refused. The third room was both smelly and with the same air conditioning, 2 in 1. The reception is trying to explain that the hotel is completely full, it's a real overbooking. I'm angry. I had to spend the night in a room at least without noise, writing to Trip.com. The next day I received a more or less acceptable room, albeit without a view, thanks to the support. Hotel food 4+. You won't leave hungry, but the choice is not like the cool five. The waiters are polite, some of the countries of the former CIS, mostly friendly. They also make guzleme in the morning, in the evening they roast meat on the street, well, nothing like that. The pools are ok, the sunbeds by the pool and on the beach are also good. I won’t say about children’s animation, there is volleyball, animation by the pool is rather weak, but few people need it and it’s not so important. There is ice cream, but it is very unobtrusive, it is difficult to find it, not in sight, and the ice cream man 15 minutes before the “lights out” can lie that it is over. The gym is average, but you can keep fit who knows the features of multifunctional simulators. Outside the gate, there is nowhere to go but the bazaar. Bazaar .. the taste and color .., everything is as usual - consumer goods of Turkish production. Go 1 time for 20 min. We had a rest in the beginning of May, the very beginning of the season, we were met well right away, although we arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning, everything was brought, the room was shown, the staff was very friendly, special thanks to the bartenders for the great cocktails, they even made them just on request, not only from the menu. There was enough food, the main thing is everything was delicious, you will definitely not go hungry, I think we will come back here with the children. The location is good, the beach is across the road, there are shops around the corner, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, coarse sand.
