Having stayed at The Parisian was by far the highlight of our first time trip to Macao. This was a surprise birthday trip set up by my partner, and as she unveils the lengths of how The Parisian assisted her in setting up our stay, It really gave me a perspective of how a 5 Star Service is meant to be. From the amazing staff (Special mention to Ericson), the amazing amenities, the amazing view, a big clean and comfortable room, and of course the attention to detail on our special request (birthday surprise). Thank you Parisian Macao, for the memorable experience. We are sure to come back once again and most definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

It’s my first time at this hotel and i think it’s very value for money booking here. The casino shuttle buses are very convenient and service was splendid right from the start. The doorman were all very stylish and professional in their job. Special mention to Haidee the very friendly and warm lady at our check in. As we are travelling with 2 young children she made extra effort to arrange for toiletries for kids age specific and was very professional and quick with her check in procedure. I thought it was very rare to have hotels with that thoughtful gesture. The hotel room was very neat and clean. Very spacious and happy to have the bathtub and a sofa and a small dining table. Minibar selection was very thoughtful too especially the instant noodles. Because of the sample biscuits, we decided to buy more as souvenirs. The hotel has a good indoor and outdoor pool. Very nice setting as well. The gym was good too my husband went to use it it was 24 hrs. The hotel was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was also convenient to get to Macau central by hopping on the public bus 26A just outside the hotel. There’s a good range of food choices from food court to mid and high range restaurants. There’s shopping for everyone and kids arcade to entertain the kids. Just moments before we check out thankfully the Golden reel was opened just in time. We had a pleasant surprise. We managed to catch an impromptu performance by the performers rendition of Michael Jackson. All in all you can just spend the whole day at the hotel without stepping out. Located near to the airport with free airport shuttle bus. The staffs there are very friendly and helpful, assisting us with the luggages to the shuttle bus to the port when he saw us with young kids. Room is nice and spacious, just that the hotel has many rooms so it takes a while to walk to our room For breakfast, It can get quite crowded with long queue so recommend to go there earlier.

Firstly, I would like to compliment the concierge lady who checked us in the hotel did excellent work. Well-trained staff greeted us during our stay The suite is very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the hardwares are all well-equipped Venetian Macao is highly recommened to everyone staying and enjoying vacations.

Location: Obviously, if you can find a taxi, the hotel is only 5 minutes from the main Cotai *****. But if you need to walk, you need to walk past Grand Lisboa, Wynn and MGM to get to Londoner and the rest of the *****. Facilities: Very small (unheated) swimming pool only. There is a playroom for toddlers but not big. There is a video game arcade but the games are for older kids. Not recommended for young toddlers if you plan to spend time at the hotel. Also no ****** so the mall is quite quiet (which may not necessarily be a bad thing). Breakfast: breakfast is served at 3 places: buffet at Loccitane cafe which is western but quite small, buffet at the Cha chaan teng which is decent sized but serves mainly Chinese food, set breakfast at the noodle shop on the other side of the hotel. So if you expect a big buffet selection serving both western and Chinese food, this is not the place. All in all decent place to stay for couples if the price is right.

Very nice hotel. Not attached to a huge casino and tho the sands is next door. I prefer this type of hotel size personally Swimming pool and gym, nice spread for breakfast, tho extra cost. Pleasant staff. All round good stay. On a personal note, I prefer a room that has access to fresh air rather than just air con. Bay view image.

I liked the hotel, good reception service, friendly staff. The room was clean, there was one jar of bath salt for free, it pleased me. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, you either need to take a taxi or walk 25-30 minutes to the streets with restaurants. But despite this, the view from the window is very beautiful. There was one moment that disappointed me a little, when cleaning the room, the maid put one torn set of a bathrobe and the next day did not replace it. I had to look for her and trying to find her and ask to change it to another one . Thanks to the staff that even at 5 a.m. they helped to call a taxi and helped with the suitcases . On my next trip, I would stay at this hotel again

Comfy experience, staff is very polite and helpful. Location was great 15 minutes from all main attractions. Not far from not that expensive restaurants with european and japanese food. Also hotel provides free transfer which i didn’t know 😭

Daniel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for my stay, providing valuable insights into local attractions and dining options. He actively resolves any questions and ensures smooth check-in and check-out procedures, which is truly commendable. I must say that the hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple aspects. My accommodation at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was simply fantastic. The superior geographical location, spotless cleanliness, luxurious infinity pool, and excellent service from Daniel and other staff make this hotel the first choice for anyone visiting Macau. I strongly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.

I was staying a night for stopover. The staff was great as they recommended me where to have supper and taking what bus to go there. The room was excellent and the room was facing the airport and the sunrise was awesome!
