I picked this location as I arrived from palermo via airport and needed to leave naples via train - its literally a 5 min walk away from the fast trains super accessible ! The staff was also very helpful whenever needed. I highly recommend the breakfast it was 6 euros more and so worth it! An italian breakfast is so amazing and they serve it well I looked forward to it every morning. Also a block away from a whole line if restaurants for dinner or lunch. Perfect location

We stayed at the hotel for four days in early July. This resulted in us leaving with the best impressions. There was a lot of politeness and friendliness among the staff. The room was exactly what we wanted and very clean. Our maids cleaned and tidied it every day. Clean towels were provided and bathroom accessories were promptly replaced. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Location was perfect!!! We highly recommend it. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Naples again. Sophia and Sotiria from Greece

Fantastic hotel!! We arrived last night at 22:00 and checking out this morning as we move onto Ischia. If all the negative reviewers did their research prior to booking this hotel then they would know it’s a stop off hotel rather than a long stay hotel. The taxi ride from the airport took all of 10mins and cost €20. Yes, the drive up is extremely “dodgy” and not somewhere where you would be walking alone at night. However, once inside it’s like a completely different place. Very clean, safe, modern with friendly staff. Our room was on the 14th floor and Premium, it was immaculate plus the shower/bathroom was great with a walk-in wet room. Shower pressure was bliss after travelling all day. Breakfast was fabulous, various pastries, cold meats and cheeses, fruit and yogurts. A typical Italian breakfast consists of a pastry and coffee, so I think their attempt at bacon eggs and beans etc to please that clientele was 10/10!

Very nice hotel located along the water. Balconies face the waterfront with a couple chairs and a table on each balcony. Large, well-appointed rooms. Huge breakfast buffet with waitstaff available to get specialty coffee drinks made to order. Large hotel that often has conferences, so reception area can be very busy. Reception staff not very friendly, but breakfast staff were very helpful. Easy walk to restaurants.

This hotel was formerly a convent and is adjacent to a beautiful church, and the setting is serene and beautiful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are so accommodating and helpful that you could not ask for more. The room my wife and I stayed in was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and the coffee was delicious. The staff were warm and friendly and the service given was among the best we’ve ever experienced. There is complimentary wi-fi ( a rarity these days with most establishments charging a small premium) . We had a lovely stay which was predominantly down to the staff and in particular a lovely lady named Theresa who always went out of her way and was so accommodating. Although the hotel is listed as a “Three Star” it feels like a “5 Star”. Stunning , and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Pros: eco & power-saving, air con in rooms, beds extremely comfortable, delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, rooms always clean and tidy, reasonable location not too far from centre Cons: very poor tap design, bathroom a little tired and could do with an upgrade, room wasn’t quite ready on time, would prefer breakfast to be a buffet & just help yourself, a smart TV would be beneficial for tourists to access Netflix etc. couldn’t find the wellness centre The cons however didn’t impact our stay enough to mark it down at all. 5 out of 5

Had the best time here and made friends that I still talk to two years later (I actually went here in August of 2022). If you are looking for a fun social hostel to make lifelong friends this is the place. The kitchen also has free pasta and some basic produce, spices, and oils that are free to all guests. I saved a good chuck of cash living off of the pasta there. The staff is also incredibly friendly. Shout out to Mia! I don't think she works here anymore but she was the best.

Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean and spacious, the shower was probably the best shower i’ve ever used in Europe. The food in the restaurant was serviceable but the staff was great and the live music was a nice plus. The views were arguably the best I saw in Positano. Getting to downtown was easy with the conveniently located steps. I never took the bus back but it stopped right in front of the entrance( I needed to work off all the food I ate). Overall for staying in Positano at an affordable hotel it was a great experience. Would love to visit again (shoutout Renato the bartender for making our drinks on the patio a memorable experience every night!)

It is a nice hotel, with convenient transportation, free parking, good breakfast, and warm hospitality. The hotel is also clean and quiet. It is convenient for eating and shopping around. I will come back next time.

It is a nice hotel, with convenient transportation, free parking, good breakfast, and warm hospitality. The hotel is also clean and quiet. It is convenient for eating and shopping around. I will come back next time.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. All staff was very helpful and kind. They gave recommendations for restaurants and arranged transportation, helped when one of us was unwell. Overall a great experience and we will certainly come back next time that we visit Naples!

Very efficient location, you can find everything nearby. For sightseeing tours, Metro Line 1 is not far away. The population occupying the area is very African, but absolutely safe. Living on the street, so the street is always full of people. I read that there is an electric kettle in the room, but I had to ask for it and got a dirty electric kettle, like a dry fried egg. The receptionist told me it was rusty and it did not kill! Welcome to Naples! I cleaned it with baking soda. The dirt is good, but I am sure it is not rusty. However, this service is still not up to standard, even if it is warm and tolerant. You can bring pizza home anytime, even at 3 in the morning!

The Hosts make your stay a lovely time. Signor Beppe makes sure you have an easy holiday. His advice is honest and caring. The views you can see in the gallery are truly breath-taking and you are one hour away from all the major places such as Amalfi, Positano, Minori and Sorrento. We swam in the four different beaches and had lunch there too. Even the village itself is lively for evenings out when you wish to stay around. That is why we chose to stay there. We have plans to return so as to visit even more sites. For instance the Ercolano is on the way to the airport and is well worth the visit - so next time we shall visit Pompeii. Vesuvius is also an hour away and we bought excellent Buffalo milk Limoncello there, a novelty to us. And what about Ravello, what a sweet town with winding narrow streets opening onto a lovely tree-shaded Piazza Centrale and the Duomo. And a day in Capri with a lovely boat ride from Amalfi as advised by Signor Beppe. We take this opportunity to thank the whole family. Please take their advice and phone ahead if you have difficulties for your best choices or itinerary. And please slow down to enjoy the Tyrrhenian Sea and its rhythms, soak in the culture and smell the wine and the roses.

Excellent stay, with free parking, swimming pool and a small gym, courteous, educated and available staff for anything! I advise everyone.

The hotel does have a grand-presence on Lungomare. Being an older and spacious property does have it's advantages - like having a wide balcony with chairs to gaze out at the exotic Amalfi coast (photo attached). Though Easter time, we were lucky to have a room with a balcony. Conveniently located in a 10-minute walk the the Salerno station, bus-stop or concordia Pier to reach Amalfi. Room was spacious with large cupboards and a small place to cook-meals. A kettle would have been comfortable in the room. Being Asian, I love my warm water and a morning coffee. Breakfast was tasty with some of the local sweet delicacies like Sfogliatella and Conchiglia. I noticed it was spread in way which reduced food-wastage on the table. However, I missed warm sausages or omlette. Would have also liked vegetable salads and cut fruits. A variety of whole fresh fruits were accessible, but sometimes we get lazy to peel and eat an entire fruit :) Staff were friendly and helpful.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Hotel Raito in vietri sul Mare! The hotel has a great pool, a well maintained garden and a restaurant where we used our breakfast where nothing was missing. Our room had a beautiful view over the Gulf of Salerno, both daytime and nighttime. We were very glad with this service! Beside this service, the staff of the desk, in the restaurant and near the pool were very friendly and willingly help us when we asked for it. We used the penddle bus a couple of times and that was an extra service to go to the city or to the beach of Vietri. We highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for 10 nights at the end of October/November time. There had been lots of changes with air travel but the hotel accommodated everything for us. We had a suite for the full 10 nights which we can recommend, very comfortable and enough space to move around in when staying for a while. The balcony overlooked the valleys and hills in the distance, and the hotel gardens which are spacious and well kept. Rooms were serviced when requested, and the minibar/fridge was a welcome addition to our comfort. We had a hire car which we were able to park securely at the bottom of the hill from the hotel, less than 5 minutes walk away. There is a little shop you can pop into on the way to/from the car park which is run by a charming man who will provide sandwiches, lunch items, etc if you want them, as well as other everyday items. Breakfast at the hotel is included, and of a high standard. The restaurant serves high quality food from a small but acceptable menu, and as we were staying for a while we found them very accommodating for making things for us that weren’t on the menu, or changing menu items to our taste (eg no nuts, etc). The food appeared fresh and was cooked and served with care and with friendly and professional service. The chef regularly sent us free appetisers of a high quality too. We were even treated to some wine lessons and recommendations by our knowledgeable host, which was really nice and welcomed by us. The bar was well stocked, and snacks were served with our aperitif every time, sometimes hot from the kitchen and other times nibbles from the local area. We went to a local restaurant (La Foce) a few times too for a bit of variety, and had no problems there or with the hotel doing this. The other restaurant is about 15/20 mins walk away up hill, but downhill coming back! It seems hotel guests often go there, and they looked after us very well too. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some welcome suggestions for things to do, including providing info on the best way to travel the fairly nearby Amalfi Coast by ferry. We had a really nice stay and were able to really relax after the trials and tribulations of the previous year and a half due to covid. We felt safe at this hotel too, and they were well aware of safety measures to reduce any risks for guests and staff. We can wholeheartedly recommend this venue for a relaxing stay with access to the local area. We found it useful to have a car, although there is a regular local bus service too for guests who want to use public transport. This makes the hotel more accessible to all guests even though it is high up on a hill, the views are breathtaking though and make up for needing to travel to get to other areas. It was a wonderful base for us and we will definitely try to go back again. All credit to a wonderful location and to the amazing staff who were always willing to go that extra mile to care for us. We loved the hotel and the location. Minori is a small town with a “locals” feel which we liked. Visiting the nearby towns of Almalfi and Miaori we really appreciated the comfortable and more relaxed feel of Minori. The seafront is easily walkable down mostly narrow streets although some roads it can be busy with traffic at times. We spent a lot of time on the seafront just watching the world go by, and the locals! We found the bus service unreliable and when one did appear it was full and not allowing further passengers aboard. Use the ferry service from Minori if it’s running (it won’t run in rough seas), it’s cheap and efficient. We ate mostly on the seafront, there’s plenty of choice for eating out. Our hotel room was very spacious with a good size bathroom and it was super clean, the cleaning staff remade our room daily and it was always spotless. We had a lovely little balance, the only downside was that it faced onto the road and was pretty noisy, the Italians seemed to like tooting their car/moped horns a lot! The doors and shutters did block some of this out but at times it was really noticeable. When we might have had the windows open for the fresh air we found it was too noisy to leave them open. However, as we had such roomy accommodation we tolerated the noise. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and good quality food.

The hotel is new or renovated. Dark furnishing Japanese style ... excellent and wide selection of fresh bakery and breakfast cakes, juices, yoghurt, fresh coffee from the bar and the dispenser machine, a little choice of salads. We also had a dinner one night and it was good both the sea ragout packers and the sword fish, very soft. Negative report by several rooms: temperature fixed at 23.5° then rises to.24° on December 8, unhealthy at maximum ... impossible to lower it. We opened a spiral but couldn't be all night open.Even other rooms were like that. We reported the morning after and the evening when we returned 23.5°. We had to talk to the reception and we were told that that was the room temperature and to get it down we had to open the window! We did it but the thermometer (it is not a thermometer!) did not fall. We were told to remove the engine control tab to reset everything, but nothing happened ... everything remained on. Another night was soffocating. I read other old reviews complaining about the same problem ... obviously in several rooms the plant works badly. Maybe instead of pretending nothing would be better to repair it. The next breakfast is still good.
