The hotel location at KBCC, Jalan Hamzah Kota Bahru Kelantan. The room is clean tidy and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is not provided by the hotel. No deposit when you check in to the hotel. The hotel near to shopping complex KB mall. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance

Breakfast was superb. A lot selection of foods, from local to international. The fruits and salads were really fresh & cold serving inside the chiller. I really like this concept. For those who buy the breakfast buffet, it is really worth for money, cheap and many choices The Matcha Chocolate Cake & a cup of Caramel Latte Coffee from the Lounge were really perfect combination while listening to calm music.

Easy to find the hotel, but waiting for the traffic to give you way to enter the hotel gonna be tough during peak hour. Enough parking inside or outside. Security is enough, you can only go up if you have the key. The check in time start from 2 pm, super rarity. Comfortable room, enough space to put luggage, pray. What I love is the toilet is separated from shower. Enough amenities. The breakfast spread is nice, got Kelantan delicacies like laksam, nasi kerabu. They put catchy phrases under each menu. I think if they serve the tarik, it would be even better. The tv is nice too, got movie list besides the normal channel. Whenever you call the guest service, it took them within 30 mins to serve you, in my case we requested new towels and sejadah and foot mat. Maybe the hotel can consider to provide umbrella since it rains non stop. Location wise, it's not super central, but still central kb, it only took you less than 15 mins to reach pasar siti khadijah. The sales director en fitri zinuddin makes us feels welcome.

Tok Aman Bali my fav place to staycation because not so far from myhome.. Tapi semalam pergi dia punya kebersihan tak terjaga.. Contoh kawasan perjalan kaki berbau busuk sampah.. Masa breakfast boleh pula kucing termuntah dalam restoran.. Bilik air pula bertakung disebabkan air mandian tak keluar dari lubangnya.. Hope next time perbaiki lagi kebersihan tu.. Sy peminat tegar di tok aman bali..

Perfect for me. My main reasons to choose the hotel because it is near (walking distance) to the wakaf che yeh, Pasar Tani wakaf Che Yeh on Saturday morning and the gym. Reached hotel around 9pm i still can find local food, do some 'baju kelawar batik' and tshirt shopping. the next day went to pasar tani hunting for local food. noon before check out do some exercise at the gym. Eventhough it is small, it is well maintain. The staff are friendly and make me feel at home and wanting to stay there again. to travel around i am using grab. around 20-30min to Pasar Siti Khadijah and to airport.

Overall the stay was a pleasant one, the hotel strategic location is a plus for ease of travelling to all major attractions in the adjacent such as pasar siti khadijah and others, near and in walking distance to 7 eleven and other eateries. Hotel room is not spacious but in a clean and neat condition. no odor and whatnot, the lift working well and this hotel have plenty parking space (open car park just exactly in front of the hotel & limited basement parking on the hotel building itself. Lobby is very welcoming and there is a decent cafe/ coffee house/ restaurant in the lobby area. This hotel is a hidden gem in Kota Bharu apart of all the other well known hotels, i prefer this hotel and definitely will be returning in near future.

I have stayed here twice, staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast is provided. The whole homestay was nicely decorated with flowers and small decoration items, room overall is clean. The only one room at ground floor is a two-bed room, no aircon, price is cheap though and has a shared toilet outside the room. Upstairs has three rooms - Only the family room (Master bedroom) with two beds has its own toilet, for the two other two rooms are sharing the same toilet. For the travellers who don’t like shared toilet better booked for the big room. Overall experience is excellent, the only downside is the location is a bit too far for people who don’t drive.

Very recommended hotel at tunjong kelantan near with mydin mall have a zus coffee at infront. This hotel also only 7 min to city of kota bharu kelantan. Very good service and easy to park a car and i like their pool view from the top
