Location hotel and restaurants within are fantastic, the name in here and at google maps and at the building not matching which creates some confusion to find the place the first time. The only down side is the check in process is very slow and not much people at counter, maybe I was just unlucky when I arrived but that still could improve.

This hotel has a lot of value for money and I love their sustainability focus. I paid only €90 including breakfast and had somewhat low expectations since I never heard of it before and its a bit hidden behind another hotel 10min from the airpirt. However, I loved it! So convinient and easy with the 420-bus (€4) or hotel shuttle (€8). The hotel lobby looks great, so vibrant and edgy. Hotel room was also very nice, it has all the neccesary. The breakfast was amazing! So much quality food with focus on healthy, rich and environmental-friendly producs. I fell in love with this place.

Our review is aimed at justifying the social Scandic management, which is why we will never be able to enter Scandic hotels again. Scandic management has banned its staff to help its guests in the Oslo airport in the emergency. Because of the failure of the parking machine directly at the hotel building, we could not pay despite valid international giro cards that were previously accepted in the hotel. We had to pay with cash. The staff refused to give us cash against card payment because of the management ban, which led us to the airport building shuttle bus to the ATM, which accepted our cards, we had to return with the shuttle bus, which we had to wait half an hour each, so we lost about 2 hours due to the € 38 parking fee, and had a cost of about € 33 additional for the shuttle bus, And we missed a date for which we were actually there for the two hours. Our damage is higher than the cost of staying. The Scandic staff in Oslo Airport also log that the parking owner was accessible with the number on the sign. The number is indicated on the sign without pre-selection and the Scandic staff did not give us the right Oslo pre-selection. On our intimate request to help us, we were endorsed by the two ladies at the reception. The two ladies at the reception are awarded 20 years old as early and 20 years old at the end of the reception. All of this was held on Sunday 26 June 2022 at 10 a.m.

The location is excellent. Go out from the rightmost door of the airport arrival exit, cross the road and walk 10 meters to the hotel's porch. The other exit of the hotel leads directly to the train station, seamlessly linking the airport and train station. The breakfast is rich and starts at five o'clock. It is very suitable for guests who want to catch a flight. The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is a little soft, but the bedding is clean and comfortable. I am very satisfied with the stay experience.

I needed to be in a few meetings in Oslo and had to fly in and fly out so the airport location was perfect and the reliable train connection to get to the city from the airport. Its a convenient short walk from the terminal. You can take your trolley if you wish. My most memorable feature was the large, outsized fitness center. A lot of airline staff seem to stay here. Hotel also gave the flexibility to extend my stay (paying) by half day. I needed to do a few meetings late in the afternoon before my flight and it was not something I wanted to do from the airport.

Located near the airport so convenient for those not going far. Absolutely nothing else nearby. Except Macdonald Hotel offers unlimited espresso coffee and tea so thumbs up! Bar and restaurant available at hotel but no public work area. Loud music at 3am. But that’s guest problem not hotel management ~ Must say best breakfast so far in all the hotels I’ve stayed at this trip in Europe.

I have to start of with that this is my go-to hotel at Gardermoen. Stayed here many times and normally I was happy. But special times make me look twice at things I would not think about any other time. The staff at the reception was great, and make me give the extra point in the rating. Friendly, welcomming and helpful. Where I only would give two points is the feeling of safety. 1. Room They state that the rooms are cleaned and desinfected and all the standard stuff all hotels write in 2020. But when I found old socks under the bed (I could see the sock without going on my knees), I started to desinfect all the stuff I put my hands on (light switches, night stand and so on). Unacseptable! 2. Breakfast They have a rule that only 10 people are allowed at the buffet at ny time. Nobody is controlling it and when I waited (ince there were 10 inside) someone behind me was a little bit irritated. But other gave a *** about it and just went in for moe bacon... When I was in Germany, at every restaurant the tables were desinfected when guest left. Here nobody was even taking the plates after people left - for a long time. It is easy: People leave, take plates, desinfect table and chair - done. Unbelievable that this doesn't happen. Compared to this what I would call ”grave safety concerns” the fact that I was cooked in my room at a 23 degree theromstate setting that cannot be changed is a minor inconvinience. Please improve! I know you can do better!!!!

The room is at the far end, the twin room is of a moderate size, the view from the window is beautiful, and the breakfast is good, but the bus from the hotel to the airport is a bit expensive, and the sound of planes taking off and landing is somewhat close to the airport.

Das Frühstück ist das Highlight in diesem Hotel, unglaublich gut und die Auswahl mehr als ausreichend. Die Zimmer könnten klimatisiert sein, das trifft wahrscheinlich in Norwegen eher nur auf wenige Wochen zu. Die Betten sind gut, die Zimmer ausreichen ausgestattet. Ich hätte mir eine Art Pantoffeln gewünscht, da ich Teppichboden nicht so gerne Barfuss in Hotels begehe. Vielleicht kann man da nachbessern.

This is my feedback to hotel. They replied that there will be an upgrade after the summer. I just want to identify some shortcomings we found in your hotel Room 358. I did fill in a card in the room but it disappeared so don’t know if it was handed into your office? We loved the location of your hotel also the breakfast was amazing and the staff lovely and friendly. However the Room I personally found it to be inferior considering it was supposed to be a Superior Room in a 4 star hotel in Norway. Please look at my opinion On entering there were black marks on the walls and the skirting board (on the wall at floor level) was away from the wall. There was no safe (when we brought this to attention we were offered another room however we had since unpacked and did not really want to redo this again. The Air Conditioning did not work and were were supplied with a fan (not exactly air conditioning) it was a nice gesture. It was very hot weather during our visit with the huge glass windows making it even hotter. The kettle in the room did not switch off just kept boiling and didn’t even look in a safe position on the shelf. Overall felt when we walked in that it was all very dated and needed some tender loving care, even the bed bases did not match colourwise. I just feel a wee bit let down by the Scandic Asker. Wardrobe supplied not conducive to relaxing holiday I just left my clothes in my case. Overall the hotel was badly in need of an extensive upgrade.
