Recommend to stay where if you are planning visiting Yalova,Turkey. Good access to the center of city. Not far from thermal. Just half hr on the car. Not far from City market which is recommended to visit.

I have been at this hotel due to its location near to the shipyard however the management is pathetic and does not give any response whatsoever. If you want to lead a zen life by cutting yourself from the world, pls come to this hotel. It has no internet. No matter how loud you scream or how many times you complain, they will not do any efforts to fix it. Also, their coffee machine is broken, thus if you like an espresso or cappuccino in the morning breakfast please forget about it. Terrible response from the management, rather no response at all.

It was a good hotel. Rooms was Clean. The quilts and pillows were old. Some of them were torn. The quality of the breakfast was reasonable. The quality of the food was very good. The water in the indoor pool was too hot for me. I did not like the lighting of the pool. It was very dark and depressing. There are no alcoholic beverages in this hotel. What is strange for me is that there were no toothbrushes in the rooms and you had to buy them from the hotel. Another admirable thing was that the roof of the hotel was covered with solar panels that supplied the hotel's electricity.

The swimming pool are great heated both The indoor thermal water pool is great I enjoyed the stay just one point I hope the consider is adding chicken nugts to there menu for kids Kids area and kids playground need to improve and add more toys Regarding the food every thing is good exept the chicken need more improvement

We stayed with my family for 3 nights, we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite room, it was really a very wide and beautiful room, our holiday was very nice from the beginning to the end. Thank you very much for the smile and the area of all staff.

This is a small safe and clean hotel which popular by Arabs. Walking distance from coffee shops ,restaurants and Turkish brend dresses shops like Mavi and so on . Very close (5 minutes) from see. mosque is just in front of the hotel . You have only 2 free options to choose from the menu for breakfast including one egg sunny side or boiled only for omelette they charge extra (which is not convinced Very small portion of cheese cream honey and extra for other options you should pay. In general is a good hotel to stay .

I stayed in this hotel 4 nights. While booking, I did request to room far from the restaurant and entrance facing room because of the very loud music ( restaurant) and constant small of the cigarette ( from the balconies facing both entrance). I sent a few msg, nobody replied to confirm. However in arrival I got the room requested. Staff speak barely English. To order a orange juice I had to show/ explain with my hands Breakfast was mostly the same, dinner variable and tasty. No juices was on the buffet. The strong point of this hotel is the roof pool. Thermal water, very hot, good for relaxing. However,some of customers was really annoying: speaking ( shouting) VERY loudly on phone/video call. Also they was very drunk ( at 14 h). They completely ignored the staff and other guests remarks. Myself, asked them to be more quiet as a response was”Fack” probably only 1 word young Man new in English. He started to put the peanuts, snacks in to the pool trying t get my attention. I stayed calm, until he took bathrobe where was my phone,key card, some personal belongings and out on him I asked him to give it back. He was very aggressive towards me. He didn't understood anything,due to drunkenness. Luckily the staff member took my belongings from his pocket and returned them to me. SPA HOTEL 4 STAR*** THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! Never ever during my stays in hotels with 5 stars or without any I didn't seen similar customers behaviour. Staff had to stop it straight away and strictly. But nobody did. So. Hotel itself is ok, I mean room what I had. Cleaned every day . Some mold in the bathroom, smell of cigarettes in bathroom coming via ventilation. Spa, so/so . I give hotel 4 *. Just not to harm them with a bad score.But my feedback is definitely not positive.

The reason why we chose it because it is a Hilton hotel is a hotel. However, the dustiness of the room disappointed us in terms of cleanliness. I think it's an isolated incident. It still didn't fit.
