Hotels in Roppongi, Tokyo

The place itself was very clean and as someone who is very picky on cleanliness it was great!! The staff was nice and their electronic check in and out was convenient. However the location might not be the best for people who don’t enjoy drinking and clubbing. It is surrounded by clubs and doesn’t offer much food options or sightseeing options. Overall the Inn itself was amazing.

We were booked in by my son when we arrived and we're delighted with the total environment! Having not travelled since 2019 had to readjust and the staff and environment helped us greatly ! Every aspect of the hotel was customer focused and Covid aware! In reception nothing was a problem and there was an excellent speaker of English! The dining room suited our needs and the verandah gave extensive views of the city and Tokyo Tower! The food was generous and well prepared and the dinners at night were very good! I must pay particular tribute to Ken in the first our stay and his meticulous attention to our needs and understanding!! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel as people return to Japan and of course Tokyo!

The hotel is VERY small, too small. We booked the biggest room which was stated as 24 sqm. When we first entered into the room we were shocked. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed. Two small beds had to put next to each other, otherwise you can't walk in. And there was no seating area for you to rest unless you sit on the bed. Luggage cannot be opened in the room freely and we had to make our way to adjust that. We paid almost aud$300 per night and the whole experience was disappointing. Service was very friendly and location was good. But because the room was too small, we cannot enjoy our stay in the hotel. Almost everything is self serviced, they don't even have lotion and cotton tip.

The hotel is in the Izumi garden building, and the taxi navigation often takes a short detour to the other side of the hotel, and the signs are very clear. Downstairs is the subway station, which is convenient for travel. Walk for 10 minutes to Roppongi Shopping Street, and I feel that there are more international friends than Japanese. The hotel service is quite good. The room refrigerator cannot fit the large items that need to be refrigerated. The lobby manager helped to put them in the hotel refrigerator, which solved the top priority, which is very good.

Very good location at Centre of Roppongi crossing. Check out is 10 am and you can stay extra hours for 1500 yen. Rooms are comfortable sized by Japan standards and bath plus toilets are very clean. Good business hotel. Highly recommended.

The service attitude is very good, but there are only 2-3 people checking in and checking out, which is not enough. There will be a lot of queues. Although there will be helpful receptionists to ask for reservation information in advance, it will still take a long time. The advantage of the lobby is that it is on a high floor. The privacy is good. There is a dedicated elevator to get to the guest room, but the disadvantage is that you need to go to the elevator every time you go out/come back. Compared with the accommodation experience eleven years ago, the facilities feel obviously outdated. Breakfast is not a buffet but an a la carte menu. I don’t know how often it changes, but it is the same for two consecutive days. Although there are many ways to prepare eggs, the appetizers, salads and fruits are the same. It may be a bit boring if you eat it for two more days. Freshly baked bread will be served. Come here and let me choose, but they are all shortening and French tart, which are quite greasy. Several kinds of homemade yogurt are good. The puddings are all sweet. When I ordered on the first day, I ordered pancake as the main dish, which was relatively normal. The waffle that came with the second day was also shortened. The chocolate after housekeeping is delicious. There are two kinds of dark chocolate and milk chocolate. The hotel’s chocolate lobby restaurant also sells it. It's not too far away from Roppongi Tower. It's about 1.00km or 10.20 minutes walk. You can see the night view of Tokyo Tower from a distance.

There are several Lawson and family in the road about ８ from Akasaka, but the store is small. There are seven eleven houses, but there are many goods here, and one of the fruits and vegetables (one pack of mini tomatoes or one banana) is placed, so I'm a little grateful for the business trip group that continues to eat out Maybe. The hotel facilities are quite old. The bathroom has a moldy smell and the wallpaper is quite good. The linen is clean, but the amenities are only razor and toothbrush, and there is no cotton swab or brush. There is no hand ＆ face soap, so women should be careful. The bathroom ventilation fan did not function and opened the window. The air conditioner can only choose strength and weakness and cannot set the temperature. It is mysterious, but it is only one night during the night, but as soon as I came back at night and opened the door, the cigarette smell was full, and it was erased by the ressh, but when I was sleeping in the middle of the night, the smell of the cigarette came in I thought that the ventilation duct was connected somewhere in the room and somewhere. The wall is like an apartment, and the next room is a person who coughs all night, and the Chinese person who screams from ５ in the morning, so it is impossible to sleep. Breakfast buffet is a Chinese restaurant in the building, so only four seat tables. It is better to go early because it is the same as the problem of the next room mentioned above, and it takes breakfast in the strange atmosphere depending on the guest. The type is minimal. Croissant is delicious. There is no toaster. The fruit is only grapefruit and there is no oshibori, so you can only wipe your hands with a paper napkin. There is a paper cup for bringing back coffee to the room.

Excellent staff at the front desk. Most helpful in many ways especially two gentlemen, Laxman and a gentleman whom I assume was the head at the Reception but could not capture the name. I was traveling with a leg injury and found a high level of service coming across to assist and render this journey with my son Sandro, a real good memory. Probably company culture as cleaners and supervisors displayed the same willingness and understanding. Thank you!

It was really close to the station, clean and so nice! I recommend the sauna to go to gonpachi. The mattress was the most fluffy mattress I've ever lie down on.
