Since we arrived at the place and left everything has been unforgettable, very pleasant, the weekend staff at the cafeteria are the best I have ever encountered in my life after many years of hospitality and the closest thing to when I worked on the islands Cíes, Juan and Ana are super friendly and welcoming, along with the girls at the reception that afternoon and the next day, the room is spectacular and comfortable with everything you need, and the most accessible and natural place I have ever enjoyed, thank you very much for the service and the great price at this time of the year. We have enjoyed it from start to finish, Ribeira is cool, I wish the weather were this good all year round so that everyone could get there.

Based upon the customer reviews & ratings in addition to its 4-star rating, we were expecting something better. The restaurant food was abismal (lunch), although breakfast had its positive aspects. There were no welcoming or comfortable lounge areas to hang out at in for work/play. The room did have a nice view of the beach. Was good for a night, albeit expensive for what it had to offer.

Excellent hotel, with very kind staff, of which we appreciated (without asking anything) that they gave us a room of a higher standard than the one booked as "compensation" for an online problem. From the balcony of the room you can enjoy a magnificent view, blue sea and fabulous beach that immediately makes you want to go there. Large room, unfortunately with poor lighting, which together with the breakfast, decent but not exceptional, does not make me give the maximum score

The environment is magnificent, the hotel is not bad but the breakfast service is a disaster. To start with the coffee, this large hotel only has 2 capsule coffee makers, and there were no capsules. The juices run out quickly and the few waiters can't cope with so many people. Great breakfast experience. We reserved 2 high rooms together 3 months in advance and they gave us one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor separately. An organizational disaster

Wonderful greeting at reception. Was shown a sea view room on the 3 rd floor but asked to be moved to first floor as bigger balconies. Wonderful sea view right on the beach. Our 2 dogs were welcomed with beds and bowls. Dogs allowed after 1/10. The pool was closed for cleaning. The breakfast was adequate but the gluten free products available were exceptional. The barman Martin is full of joy and great service. The sea was still warm as this is a small bay. Lovely double sun beds on decks. In places a little tired but it is the end of the season. Will definitely be back.
