Ordered food via qr code on table. Waited 45 minutes and when I asked about my food I was told that they had a problem with their system. Didn't receive my food and didn't get a refund There was never anyone at reception or the bar. Waited 20 minutes to check in. Not impressed 😕

Degelijke kamer, ontbijt kan uitgebreider (fruitsap en bijvoorbeeld pannenkoekjes) en er is een koffiemachine te weinig in het restaurant bij het ontbijt, waar door je lang moet aanschuiven

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour dans cet établissement. Alost est idealement situé pour rejoindre bruxelles, anvers, gand.
Un seul regret peut etre : le manque de luminosité de chambre ( une petite fenetre donnant sur l´interieur + unneclairage perfectible).

Have stayed here before and never had any issues. Room ok but would benefit from tea making facilities. Couldn’t affect the room temperature so was quite hot.
