有獨立停車場，很大。房間寬敞，夜晚安靜，居住的人不多，衞生尚可。就是衞生間設施較陳舊，淋浴水壓不大，水温不夠。

1. 房間空調不讓用，老闆告知用不起，但是訂房時詳情裏有空調
2. 我的房間窗户關不上，很冷，我找老闆説既然不讓用空調那就換房間，先後來了兩個人看，看完走了不了了之，房間也沒換
3. 我的房間水龍頭出來的水是黃的
