Siamo state all'hotel Terme Roma io e mia mamma per tre giorni. Sono stati tre giorni di puro relax. Abbiamo trovato un personale gentilissimo, dalla sala, al bar, alla piscina, alla SPA, alle camere, alla reception. Ci siamo sentite a casa. La posizione poi è super comoda e strategica, in un atrimo sei in centro e allo stesso tempo sei fuori, anche per andare a fare una corsa o un giro in bici. Cibo buono, piati semplici ma curati. Grazie, spero di tornarci presto!

Sono 10 anni che vengono ad Abano per i fanghi, ho frequentato diversi hotel 3*S e 4*. Avevo pensato di sorvolare sulla disorganizzazione del personale in reception (mi stavano facendo mancare la visita medica), sulla freddezza al limite dello scontroso della cameriera, sulla non assistenza del fanghino a fine fango (dopo il bagno si potrebbe avere un mancamento), sulla mancanza di una centrifuga per costumi che con il clima di questi giorni era indispensabile (i costumi erano perennemente bagnati), sull'allagamento del bagno a causa delle forti piogge, all'occupazione del nostro tavolo da parte di altri ospiti all'ultima colazione, ma la goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso e' stato il cestino sostitutivo del pranzo: pane e acqua!!!

Ein gutes Hotel mit Spa-Bereich, der schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ein Thermalbereich mit Anwendung ist buchbar. Im gesamten Spa-Bereich ist Badekappenpflicht. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, aber auch nicht mehr ganz aktuell. Eine Renovierung wäre wünschenswert, damit das schöne Gebäude wieder strahlen kann und dem bemühten und freundlichen Personal gerecht wird.

Sono stata in questa struttura per 3 giorni con mia mamma e nel complesso siamo state soddisfatte. Sono stati molto professionali coloro che lavorano nella zona fanghi/cure/estetica anche se ho trovato la mancanza di una persona fissa al box di reception di quella zona alquanto sconcertante. Così come mi ha sorpresa il fatto che per qualsiasi modifica/richiesta di trattamenti/fanghi eccetera ci si debba rivolgere alla reception centrale che, come si può immaginare, ha mille altre richieste da soddisfare. Piccoli dettagli qua e là potrebbero essere migliorati, la piscina termale interna con poca supervisione (persone senza cuffia, neonati in acqua) e, anche se bella, con una forte necessità di una ristrutturazione, qualche attenzione in più al cliente in sala ristorante (tavoli apparecchiati/sparecchiati un po' a caso, disattenzione nel buffet della colazione con cornetti con ripieno specificato a caso, fattore importante per chi ha intolleranze). Da ultimo ci è stata assegnata una camera con l'affaccio a un muro! Non si pretende la vista mare/montagna, ma di sicuro non la vista "muro" in un albergo di classe ed eleganza come questo.
