I stayed at this property for 3 days with my mother and overall we were satisfied. Those who work in the mud/trea**ent/beauty area were very professional, although I found the lack of a permanent person at the reception desk in that area somewhat disconcerting. Just as I was surprised by the fact that for any modification/request for trea**ents/muds etc. you have to contact the central reception which, as you can imagine, has a thousand other requests to satisfy. Small details here and there could be improved, the internal thermal pool with little supervision (people without swimming caps, babies in the water) and, although beautiful, with a strong need for renovation, some more attention to the customer in the restaurant room (tables set/cleared a bit at random, carelessness in the breakfast buffet with croissants with randomly specified fillings, an important factor for those with intolerances). Lastly we were assigned a room facing a wall! You don't expect a sea/mountain view, but certainly not a "wall" view in a hotel of class and elegance like this.

Professional and kind welcome, beautiful environments, relaxing swimming pools and spas, excellent cuisine in the restaurant and very pleasant entertainment. Hotel highly recommended also for those traveling alone and for its proximity to transport stops.

Typical Italian spa hotel. The panoramic swimming pool is beautiful, the main one is a little small. Well-equipped rooms, although ours, unfortunately, did not have a balcony. Pay attention to cleanliness. The cuisine is excellent: tasty and digestible.

For several years I have been relying on this structure for a cycle of mud therapy. As per practice, on the Sunday before the start of the treatments I went for the necessary medical examination. In the clinic inside the wellness area, where a set of behavioral rules is clearly displayed, I suffered (in the presence of other guests also waiting for the visit) a verbal attack from a hotel employee. The next day, before starting the treatments, I asked to speak for.... 5 MINUTES.... depending on her availability (even possibly over the entire week) with the director to get justifications in this regard to what happened.... 5 MINUTES that were never granted to me!!!!! I believe that in such a situation (and not just to respond to positive reviews) the availability of the facility manager is a necessary action.

A perfect hotel only found on the web and it has completely satisfied me.A very competent staff,an excellent restaurant (thanks to Ivan) and a very good health center (thanks to Lorella) make the hotel at the top ranking.I used only the roof pool but perfect for my need.Thank you for making feel like at home.

I had a good time. Hotel with a slightly retro charm, wonderful to swim in the panoramic pool in the evening. Great kindness of the staff, very good breakfast, comfortable bed. I was traveling for work but it was still very relaxing
