Ennesimo hotel terme provato ad Abano, ed ennesimo buon hotel. Come sempre, almeno in questi hotel, si mangia bene, la scelta è ampia e la cucina molto buona. Personale molto gentile ed il parco termale ampio e soddisfacente, sia nella parte indoor che in quella all'aperto. Mi sento tranquillamente di potere consigliare questo hotel

Avevamo soggiornato in questo hotel un mese fa e siamo ritornati per qualche giorno perchè eravamo stati molto soddisfatti. Anche questa volta abbiamo trascorso giornate davvero piacevoli e tutto è stato perfetto: dal personale, alla camera, ai trattamenti termali, al relax in piscina. Un ringraziamento particolare, per la competenza e la gentilezza dimostrate, a Michela, Reservation Consultant, a Daria della SPA, ad Arianna, Eleonora, Flavio del ristorante. Grazie naturalmente anche allo chef e a tutta la cucina: nonostante le mie numerose intolleranze alimentari sono riusciti a prepararmi ottimi piatti, con grande disponibilità ad adattare il menù. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ottima pulizia della camera, letto ottimo e buon ristorante, buona la SPA ritengo voglia controllato meglio il bagno turco la temperatura era molto alta (a mio avviso)

Molto bello il complesso alberghiero, magnifico il settore termale, completa la SPA con la sauna, i bagni turchi, le zone relax, la camera del sale, singolare anche la grotta oltre alle due magnifiche piscine con l'acqua sempre gradevolmente calda. Colazione assolutamente completa per varietà e scelta dei prodotti offerti, altrettanto posso affermare per la cena. Purtroppo la camera assegnataci (210) non è certo degna di un albergo 4 stelle, le cui pecche ho già segnalato direttamente alla direzione dell'albergo nella speranza che si possa intervenire.

La pulizia è la caratteristica sicuramente più degna di nota. Persino il telecomando della TV è sigillato in una busta e la moquette presente in camera è decisamente pulita. Niente polvere e bagni splendenti. La struttura dell'albergo è moderna, molto ordinata e ampia. Inoltre sta per essere terminata una nuova, seconda ed enorme piscina all'esterno che arricchirà ulteriormente i già ampi spazi natatori. Non arriva al top assoluto solo per le camere in facciata che probabilmente ancora non sono state ristrutturate (vano doccia in muratura ma con tenda - porte di camera e bagno in legno consumato e povero, maniglie di vecchia data ancora con la serratura a giro chiave e condizionatore split di vecchia data) e per la colazione che seppur varia e abbondante è più da villaggio vacanze che da ottimo hotel 4 stelle quale è sicuramente questa struttura (bevande calde da recuperare con coda alle macchinette, frutta tagliata a spicchi ma lasciata con la buccia, marmellate in contenitori da spremere e un solo tipo di brioche da farcire self service con beccucci da bar). Cucina serale non usufruita. La sera intrattenimento e splendida illuminazione esterna. Parcheggi auto comodissimi e ampi e piscine ampie e ben tenute come del resto la zona SPA. Insomma un albergo sicuramente da alta classifica. Ci torneremo sicuramente, magari con una camera di livello un po' superiore

Venezia Terme Hotel offers excellent thermal treatments that are included in the cost such as: one indoor and one outdoor pools, with lots of very comfortable relaxing indoor & outdoor beds around the two pools, the Grotto, a fantastic wet sauna, very beneficial for respiratory health, but also the Himalaya Salt room which is a dry sauna, with eight relaxation beds, a Turkish treatment room where after your sauna, you can use alternative hot & freezing cold shower, quiet & very comfortable relaxation room, a gym. The hotel rooms are very clean & comfortable, where everyone is getting a white robe & towel. At extra cost, you can book excellent massage & beauty therapists, with treatments according to your needs, also there is a therapeutic mud wrapping followed by a thermal bath.. There is a lovely buffet by the pools, where you can serve a snack during the day. There is live music entertainment in some evenings, a bar with indoor & outdoor sitting area, & lovely relaxing areas both indoor & outdoor. We had a fantastic time here & are planning already our next visit. This thermal resort is so beautiful, where you’ll enjoy lovely walks.
