Abbiamo soggiornato Io e la mia compagna tre giorni in mezza pensione Piscine bellissime e pulite con molti idromassaggi cibo e colazione buono, il nostro cameriere e la repetcion gentili Sarebbe meglio scrivere sia alla colazione che al buffet il nome del cibo e gli ingredienti perché spesso non si riusciva a capire che cosa si mangiava, anche le brioches tutte simili non si sapevano quali erano all'albicocca al cioccolato o vuota perché non vi era scritto, il terrazzo della camera al terzo piano era veramente minuscolo non ci si stava in due persone

Questo è il secondo anno che vengo con la mia famiglia. Tutto perfetto: accoglienza, personale, camera, pulizia, colazione, piscine. Hotel si trova proprio in centro, dove trovi bar, ristoranti, negozi ecc. bello anche da fare una passeggiata tranquilla. Prossimo anno se ho occasione ritornerei sicuramente qui. Hotel accogliente, con piscine attrezzate e ricche di idromassaggi. Colazione buona e varia, non abbiamo provato la cucina. Camera sufficiente. Qualche problema nella consegna al check in, arrivata proprio in extremis sull’orario fissato, nonostante con largo anticipo fosse stato chiesto di verificare una disponibilità preventiva. Forse c’è stato un problema nell’organizzazione della pulizia delle camere. Un peccato (a cui si può rimediare) perché per il resto il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente.

Abbiamo soggiornato mezza pensione per quattro notti in camera gold con minifrigo, cassaforte piccolo bagno ma ben disposto la camera era spaziosa ben arredata e soprattutto pulita con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. La struttura è localizata in Ztl ma si può accedere al parcheggio affianco all' albergo senza problemi, si trova nella zona pedonale.Tutto il personale gentile disponibile ed efficiente ci siamo trovati benissimo. Alla mattina la colazione a buffet molto varia e abbondante con servizio al tavolo di caffè/cappuccio, anche il ristorante era eccellente. Le piscine sono fantastiche con acqua calda e varie postazioni idromassaggio, sauna piccola ma ok. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la possibilità di fare circa mezz'ora al giorno di acquafitness. Consiglio vivamente spero di poter ritornare al più presto.

Tolles Hotel mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Sehr Kompetentes und liebenswertes Personal, geht auf alle Wünsche ein und ist auch in Ausnahme Situation Entgegenkommend. Leider mussten wir wegen eines Gesundheitlichem Problem unser Aufenthalt kurzfristig abbrechen und die Heimreise noch spät abends antreten. An der Reception wurde uns alles erdenkliche ermöglicht damit uns keine weiteren Kosten entstehen und alles in absoluter Professionalität. Auch das feine Essen im Speisesaal möchte ich noch extra erwähnen sowie auch die schönen Zimmer. Gerne komme ich wieder, freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im September.
