Maybe it was because I made the reservation on a day when the price was cheaper than usual, and I thought the passage leading to the room was a staircase for employees.
It was cluttered, and the dining area was really cheap for guests! In a separate room at the far end where you can feel like you're being treated like you're the only one there
I felt like I was treated poorly.
There were children, so no one else was there, so I didn't cause any trouble, so I think it would have been better to have a separate room, but even the chairs and tables were different.
Also, there was a hot spring, but the floor in the dressing room was very dirty, so I couldn't take my child with me and I couldn't take a bath.
Also, the room was on the second floor with only stairs, and when I saw an elderly person in a wheelchair climbing up and down with a cane, I thought I should have told them when I made the reservation.

We stayed in a Western-style room with an open-air bath. If you stay from the hotel website, you can use the private bath for free. The bath is an artificial hot spring, but it is a type that makes your skin smooth. You can relax in the private bath and the bath in the room, and there is also a miniature garden. The room is large and has a coffee machine. A lot of towels are prepared in the dressing room of the private bath and in the room, and new towels can be used every time. I ordered a small portion of ZaiLite, but it was filled with ingredients from Okhotsk. The staff also greeted me with a smile, and I was able to really relax.
