Fab weekend at The Elms I went with the girls. Zoe and her team delivered as always. Isabella pampered me and left me feeling truly spoilt. Thank you all again for an amazing time at the Elms. Definitely will be back to stay and enjoy the experience again!

Amazing hotel &spa. All the staff were brilliant. I am a critical person by nature but this was a lovely 2 day stay, no disappointment in anyway. The room was great, dinner was amazing and the spa was very relaxing. We would highly recommend this hotel especially for couples. Oh and the breakfast was superb.

Another wonderful visit. This place is a hidden sanctuary. We left feeling like we were truly spoiled and looked after. We didn’t feel like we were just coming for a visit, but made to feel like we mattered and were valued. . Isabella took care of me while I had a massage. I have not had this level of care and attention at any spa I have visited, hence why I feel it's important to share. Not only did I have a wonderful experience, but she ensured I knew what to do for my aftercare. It was refreshing to feel that she cared not just while we were with you, but after also. We had afternoon tea on the terrace, this was lovely. We did have a little wait to be served, but the chap (I didn't get his name and wished I had) was attentive and apologetic for our wait. The wait was worth it as the afternoon tea was spot on. We are already planning our return and know what treatments to have. This is a must-visit, the grounds are picturesque and you really are made to feel like you are important.

We stayed Sunday and Monday evening at this lovely with 3 other couples attending a wedding down the road. The food was beautiful, the rooms are lovely and the staff went above and beyond. We spent time in the spa which we all loved, Would highly recommend

Visited with friends for a small bridal shower afternoon tea. We also chose to indulge in a glass of Prosecco each and it was lovely. We thought the afternoon tea looked a little sparse as there was only 3 small sandwiches each, so a few more sandwiches would have been better. The scones were warm and the cakes were very nice with lots of tea or coffee. The service throughout was excellent, very attentive and friendly and the surroundings superb.

in this hotel.we had had a bar meal a week before which was good, so we decided to eat at the main hotel restaurant , badgers.the menu looks interesting with unusual flavour combinations such as cods cheek with nduja sausage. However the result on the plate was dissapointing.Nduja sausage is a spicy soft texture whereas on the plate served it was like a rock hard thin sliver of bacon with no spiciness at all.Similarly thw main courses offered lots of flavour but didnt deliver. The hotel decor is very colourful and great taste but . unfortunately , the food lets it down.Obviously a chef doesnt work 7 days a week, but even if it was not the main chef the food should still meet the grade.

Hotel a bit of a drive from Evesham but it was worth it. The spa was lovely. So relaxing! Beautiful decor and had the most incredible massage with Isabella. She was very knowledgeable, welcoming and gave a great massage! Thankyou I will be back for sure

Impressive building with lots of character. You walk in to an excellent, dimly lit, on trend bar. Service at the bar took a bit of time and I was surprised that we were not served at the table. The order for the restaurant was taken at the table and our wine was walked through with a new bucket of ice on the table. The lunch was amazing, great starter, delicious main, very good value. My only groan is that there was nobody standing by in the dining room and keeping an eye out for requests from the diners. This meant having to wait until one of the waiting team came back and you caught their eye. The distance from the kitchen to the table doesn’t help their dilemma. Nonetheless we had a great time and relieved them of plenty of white Rioja. Excellent, well done team, but keep an eye on your audience!

We had our first visit to the Elms Hotel and Spa in August last year as a birthday gift to my wife and have since been back several times either for a spa day or an overnight stay, although have never left a review, until now. We booked two nights in one of their 'Comfy Rooms' under their 'Stay 2 and save 10%' deal which included a 10% discount on pre-booked spa treatments. Unfortunately, when we added the spa treatments to our booking it did not show the 10% discount, therefore we booked the room without treatments and emailed directly with the booking reference to take advantage of the offer. A few emails went back and forth and our treatments were booked. We were checked in around 4 pm by a very friendly lady who remembered us from a previous visit, which is impressive as we haven't been since February! She showed us to our room and we were very happy with the room we received. Well decorated, well equipped and had a plentiful supply of amenities. The bed felt very firm at first, but we both slept like babies for our entire stay, so no complaints there! The shower/bath facilities supplied nice hot water, however the shower pressure was rather pathetic. The spa is amazing, it's what brings us back again and again. The friendly staff, the relaxed atmosphere, the pool, the jacuzzi, the saunas, the chilled fruit water and endless supply of apples, just wonderful. They appear to have made a few changes since our last visit, including a new sauna / hot room with an outdoor view which is very nicely done. They've also now fixed their, hmm how to describe it 'immersive shower'? A shower room that has different options (a bit like a carwash!) from a jungle waterfall experience with all the sounds and colours that go with it, to a cool glacial shower mist - I have to say, I've never showered so much in my life! When I enquired with the spa receptionist as to the times of our booked treatments (bad memory and all) she couldn't find them on the system but could see my previous email trail. She was incredibly helpful and managed to book us in for our preferred treatments, still with the 10% discount and accommodate our request to go from 30-minute to hour-long treatments. I wish I caught the name of this delightful lady to compliment her personally on what a great job she did the day she was on duty. On reception, taking drinks/snacks orders, brushing the wet floor, clearing rubbish and empty glasses, re-stocking the coffee cups and machines, the list goes on. Honestly, everywhere we turned that day she was flying around! While the other spa staff were perfectly pleasant during our stay, this lady really shone out, so, thank you! I should add a note too to say the treatments themselves were also very pleasant, we've tried them before and they lived up to expectations! The only thing that unfortunately did not live up to expectations was the breakfast. Now don't get me wrong, there was nothing glaringly wrong with breakfast, but when every other asp
