Stay was okay, there was no fridge in the room, making stay bit less comfortable (heat wave). Beds could be more comfortable, but hey ho for the price probably nothing to moan about.

Christian & the team were amazing looking after our party of 16 for my Mum’s 90th Birthday Sunday lunch. Great food & service. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They went over and above. We’ve been customers of Blanco’s for years. Highly recommended. Thank you so much 😊

It was my cousin's 60th birthday party and from start to finish we were well looked after .Staff were great food was tasty rooms were clean and airey.We would definietly stay again .

We held a small family wedding lunch at Blancos Hotel at the end of March 24 with around 26 guests. Our lunch and dessert was served quickly and was well cooked and tasty, which all our guests enjoyed. Overall, the afternoon was a great success. Thank you Blancos and your staff.

We went to Blancos for lunch on 25th March. It was very ordinary. Having sat at a table - no one came to take an order. Finally we gave our order to a young (new and unskilled) waitress. Then another woman told us our order could not be processed as another table were in front of us in the ordering queue. Then the second waitress took our order and a bottle of red wine came but not the glass of white I had ordered. My first course was prawns in batter - bought in but good enough. My main course was steak and onion pie served in a large bowl. I have never seen a pie looking like that. There was a square of soggy pasty sitting on top of a stew with some meat in it and not much sign of the onions. Frankly as I pie it was very disappointing. The chips were of the large size, not fries, and they were not the least crisp, but soggy in the middle. Perhaps this is the standard that people in Port Talbot demand, but if that restaurant was in Cardiff it would have no customers.

Really nice room and clean and spacious. It was a bit noisy, but guess it's to be expected at Chris**as.
The restaurant was not great, and left before breakfast, so didn't get the experience it.

Came ere for tribute nite lovely carvery.drinks are a redicolous price nearly 20 pounds for 2 glassers.breakfast in morning was not good at all at to wait for food 2 come out 2 many to cater for should do 2 separate sitings total shambles scramble egg was watery then the toaster broke so waitresses was bringing toast out the staff was doing there best but was packed in there .
