The hotel is currently undergoing renovation. The unit we stayed in had been recently renovated, which is nice. The ongoing renovations at the hotel didn't create any problems for us.

The room was ok. Arrived at 5:45 and had to call the hotel because the office was locked. The room was better than expected after viewing the exterior of the hotel.

For context every other room in the area was sold out but there were only 4 cars in the lot of this motel.
1st room was dirty, visible black mold & smelly. Owner offered 2nd room and a refund if we didn’t like it…. It was way better but I decided to ck for bedbugs and thought it looked suspect. There were cleaned bloodstains along mattress seam just like in google search. Politely told the owner we would not be staying and he went ballistic and told us to sue him - no refund! Called *******-no help- owner said we damaged his property so refused refund. We were on site all of 10 min. Saw same complaints when I dug into old reviews.

Staff was friendly, sofa bed was not CB lean, bathtub not clean most rooms looked unused and ******* overcharged saying it was the last room available. It was only the last room because the others were unusable.

The receptionist (Mongolian guy) became very, very aggressive when I asked for a room with WiFi which I had booked. His aggression went from zero to 10 in the blink of an eye. It was a scary experience. Please be careful!

Lots of available rooms but very upsetting to come and find the rooms yucky
The front desk guy hung up on me too which wasn't nice. Overall kinda sad
