This was my fourth return visit to this hotel which is always clean and supported by friendly staff. The accommodation block is set across the car park from the restaurant/pub which means you are not disturbed by noise in the evenings. You can access the hotel without going through the one way system in Aberystwyth if you wish but the centre is still within very easy walking distance. Will be coming again no doubt.

staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. the food at Starling is great for any meals.
the bed was comfy, room service was 10/10, they had a nice spread of coffees & teas and biscuits for us.
the room was extremely clean.

The room is spacious, and it is safe to enter and exit by swiping a card. It is close to a steam train station. The whole room is very quiet, and the temperature is controlled by central air conditioning. The stay experience is good and it is suitable for family travel.

Had a large group order and was so well cared for- food was prompt and delicious, will definitely be back !! :) the service was fast and friendly, thank you to Phoebe, Joe and Jessa- all requests and allergens were catered for and they even took photos for us !!

I received amazing service from very lovely people who served so quickly and effectively. Phoebe, Jai and Jesse specifically were so great and friendly, they engaged in conversation and made sure we were all looked after. I cannot wait to return. The food was phenomenal, I had the best time being here.

It was a rainy day and wanted somewhere to have lunch. The food was lovely and the staff were so friendly. Nice and clean and very quiet. I think we missed the lunch rush. Definitely return next time I visit Aberystwyth. Nice to know they have rooms too.
