This was my fourth return visit to this hotel which is always clean and supported by friendly staff. The accommodation block is set across the car park from the restaurant/pub which means you are not disturbed by noise in the evenings. You can access the hotel without going through the one way system in Aberystwyth if you wish but the centre is still within very easy walking distance. Will be coming again no doubt.

staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. the food at Starling is great for any meals.
the bed was comfy, room service was 10/10, they had a nice spread of coffees & teas and biscuits for us.
the room was extremely clean.

The night that I stayed was a staff training day and the bar facilities and restaurant were closed, and this convenience was the main reason that I made this booking in the first place.

The wonderful Team welcomed our Party of 10 celebrating a 2nd Birthday! Grant, Phoebe & Amy were fantastic and made us all feel extremely at home. Food, environment, and atmosphere was great! We can’t wait to join them soon to celebrate another amazing event. Thank you all!

Starling Cloud were absolutely amazing after my hotel booking fell through they saved the day the accessible room was brilliant with a comfy bed and wet room. The staff were very kind helping me with food and advice on how to get to the University would definitely recommend the hotel.

Not a great start. Had to wait at least 10 minutes at reception over in the pub to cjeck in. The receptionist wasbmakong and seving hot drinks in the bar. Despite asking another barmaid.was.told.to wait at reception and was then ignored. Room was a.little dated and worn but adequate for our one night stay. The breakfast service in the pub by a male server was excellent and food quality was good .
