We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and the staff were very freindly at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The one day they even washed and ironed some clothes which was a surprise to us. The hotel rooms were spacious and very nice and the wifi also worked well. The pool area was quite small and the sun doesn't really get to it but that isn't a bad thing in the Abidjan heat. I would consider staying here again if visiting Abidjan again.

Nous avons sejourne dans cet hotel a 3 reprises. Le personnel de jour comme de nuit est tres a l ecoute. Ils sont tres chaleureux. On se sent presque comme a la maison. Endroit tres sympa. Bon pour le rapport qualite prix. Mention speciale au chauffeur M. Blaise et aux agents qui sont a la reception. Ils sont tres devoues a leur travail. Desolee pour les accents manquants et la ponctuation. lol

2è passage pour 1 semaine à Ecologe. Navette gratuite qui vous accueille à l'aéroport et qui vous dépose. On se sent comme à la maison, service attentionné, discret, respectueux, sans en faire trop, c'est parfait. La piscine en fin de journée chaude d'Abidjan est toujours aussi agréable. Cadre hors du temps, magnifique, verdoyant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées (cuisine, frigo, douche ou bain, les lits sont parfaits pour un bon sommeil). Toutes les chambres ont des balcons équipés table et chaise. Le petit déjeuner est toujours aussi bon, un plus pour les crêpes au sucre. Petit plus, une terrasse à côté du bar qui est entrain de se construire, pour déguster les bons cocktails de fruits frais. Toujours le seul et même soucis : le bar de nuit à côté de l'écologe qui fait un peu trop de bruit le WE. Lors de notre prochain passage, nous testerons une suite.

Après avoir passé 10 jours à cet établissement je trouve l endroit bof bof. Manque de tenue et d entretien on nous vend une cuisine équipée alors qu il n'y a pas même une casserole. La chambre est dans un état limite ainsi que la salle de bain tout cela manque d entretien ménage et peinture.... Aucune pression d eau pour se doucher et encore pire pour le jacuzzi. Mais heureusement le personnel est très serviable et à l écoute. Nous avons payé 170€ la nuit trop chère pour les prestations et standing de cet établissement.

Bel établissement mais qui mériterai un meilleur suivi au niveau des fournitures dans les chambres ( ustensile cuisine etc )
Il faut évoluer sur ses points pour dire apparthotel

The staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly, they made my stay at this hotel. The breakfast is also very good and pool is nice. The room is big and airy, free laundry service, daily cleaning of the room and hotel, I really enjoyed my stay here!
the only issues I had were the water pressure was very weak in the shower and kitchen sink. The cooker did not work and there was very very minimal kitchenware, just 1 saucepan to cook with but no stirring spoons. Seems pointless to have a kitchen if it is not stocked with cooking utensils and the appliances do not work. A microwave would be a good addition.

Nous sommes habitués de la résidence Ecologe, à chaque passage sur Abidjan, nous logeons ici une partie du séjour. Petite déception cette fois. Le personnel reste aux petits soins, mais la résidence commence à s'abimer, et n'est pas assez entretenue. Nous avions choisi une minisuite, qui se retrouve être donnée à quelqu'un d'autre (dommage, il aurait fallu expliquer aux clients en place, que s'ils souhaitaient rester plus longtemps, c'est OK, mais en les mettant dans une autre chambre, surclassement dans une grande suite, mais qui était plutôt défraichie, avec des fenêtres et une porte qui ne fermaient pas correctement. On voyait que cette suite n'était pas souvent utilisée. Le petit déjeuner est et reste toujours le même, pas de variation. Dommage un buffet avec plusieurs saveurs sucrées, salées permettrait de varier. Au bout de 3-4 jours, on en a rapidement marre. Le cadre reste toujours très sympa, petit écrin de verdure en plein centre ville, et le personnel de l'accueil est vraiment à l'écoute.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité des prestations et du service, la gentillesse et l’attention permanente de l’équipe. De jour comme de nuit. Le cadre verdoyant et la piscine apportent un cachet supplémentaire. Je recommande.

I stayed 5 nights at the hotel. My room Nuora on second floor was actually a very clean spacious suite and everything was functioning well. Reception Staff are very helpful when it comes to transportation or any other needs (Covid Test, Places to see). Friendliness and customer- orientation has bridged the language gap at all times. Highlight has been the Hotel Manager and his family members (especially Maureen and Derry) who even spent time with me - taking me out to beautiful places to the Assinie Lagoon. Thanks also to the Manager who helped out on departure day to come even along to the airport to assist with the Covid-Zertifikate printing process, what has been a challenge caused by the Lab carrying out the Covid-Analysis.
