The ratings overall would be much higher if we hadn’t found the previous guest’s dirty socks on the floor. It made us question if the room had even been cleaned.

I was a guest at the Fairfield Inn & Suites for those 3 nights. Such an amazing stay. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was probably one of the best I’ve ever experienced, as far as hotels go. But the staff! The staff is what really made my stay so incredible. Everyone I encountered was professional and so accommodating. If you are ever in Abingdon, I would recommend staying there! Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Abingdon

Very clean and large room. Very friendly at front desk. Free breakfast was plentiful and stocked. There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. We stayed one night on our way to Tennessee. There are places to eat nearby. Safe area. Well kept outside

It is right off interstate and easy to get to. It is very close to the shops downtown as well as minutes away from the Barter Theatre. I’m a big one for cleanliness and it met my stds very well.

There are no sheers in the windows, so there is no privacy. I asked to have some hung, and the front desk staff said NO, there was a remodel coming up. Thinking I had left the area, the 2 staff members chose to say bad things about me. When I returned later, again, nasty things were said, thinking I was out of ear shot. Me being comfortable should be your concern, not laughing because a customer wants privacy. These women are my senior by at least 10 years and should be more mature.
