The young man that checked us in was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The young lady that checked us out made us feel appreciated. The breakfast was good and we are now on our way to stay at a Country Inn and Suites in Winchester, Va!

We showed up and of course, I had an issue to resolve (mine, not theirs). Austin and the GM on that day went out of there way to accommodate and were able to resolve our issue to our advantage. We were there as part of a larger group, many of whom brought dogs. This is obviously an extremely pet friendly hotel if the parade of pups going in and out first thing in the morning is any indication. And last, the breakfast was phenomenal! If you are spending any time in Abingdon I highly recommend.

Great location, right off I-81 - across the street from a Cracker Barrel and down the street from a Walmart with a Gas Center.
The staff always speak to you and are very friendly.
Loved the room layout and appreciated the refrigerator and microwave.

Visit was only one night as we were traveling across the country with our pet. Accommodations were good. My only complaint is that the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

This hotel has some serious sound proofing needs. I would not stay here again. On the plus side, Will was an exceptionally good employee, friendly, professional and responsive
