Nice, clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. Fresh baked cookies everyday. Nice walking trail nearby. Plenty of restaurants. Unfortunately I will not be staying here in the future when on business. No rewards for CLC stays. Very important to a frequent business traveler.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The is a Keurig coffee maker, a very nice frig with freezer, and a microwave. The hotel itself is very nice. Thanks for the nice stay.

It was a pleasant stay at this property. Not a lot around it, but that was fine. There was an excellent Mexican restaurant that you could walk to. We would definitely stay there again.

Pretty good stopping place for an over-nighter along I-81 and is located amongst plenty of nearby dining options all day and night. Fairly decent free Hot breakfast options too (including eggs, bacon, biscuit's, sausage & gravy, etc.).

The young man that checked us in was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The young lady that checked us out made us feel appreciated. The breakfast was good and we are now on our way to stay at a Country Inn and Suites in Winchester, Va!

We showed up and of course, I had an issue to resolve (mine, not theirs). Austin and the GM on that day went out of there way to accommodate and were able to resolve our issue to our advantage. We were there as part of a larger group, many of whom brought dogs. This is obviously an extremely pet friendly hotel if the parade of pups going in and out first thing in the morning is any indication. And last, the breakfast was phenomenal! If you are spending any time in Abingdon I highly recommend.

Great location, right off I-81 - across the street from a Cracker Barrel and down the street from a Walmart with a Gas Center.
The staff always speak to you and are very friendly.
Loved the room layout and appreciated the refrigerator and microwave.
