Plenty of parking and excellence breakfast. Value for money and room is big and clean. Quality brand hotels are always value for money and good service and facility too

Great location next to Puerto Nuevo. Staff was helpful. Nice breakfast selection. Something for everyone. Bed was a tad lumpy. No noise from neighboring suites. Went to the Farmers Market and walked the Creeper Trail. A nice overnight visit.

This is a nice hotel. Room clean and neat. I'd stay there again. Well worth the price we paid. Good breakfast. One thing to note is that the outside door to the building was not locked. There was a card reader at the door but, the door opened without it.

The property needs some updating. Furnishings in the room seemed worn. No information booklet in the room about restaurants, tv guide, shopping or churches. Some of the Furnishings in the room had patches on them and in the lobby.

We loved the decorated lobby/breakfast room, it was a Christmas wonderland. Super nice staff, especially for Christmas Eve day. Very nice hotel. It was older, and the TV in the living room area did not work.
