We arrived a couple hours before check-in. We asked if it was too soon to check in. The people at the front desk said that it was. OK, no big deal. We offered to go to a restaurant across the street for lunch. Then the people at the front desk stated that there was a room ready after all. Seemed as if the people at the front desk were unprepared and frazzled by someone who were asking about check in, but offered to come back at a later time if they were not quite ready. We were also not informed of times of the breakfast in the morning nor were we told what time check out was. I dont even think we were greeted. We are also Hilton Members and were not offered our Silver Level gifts of bottled water. Not a big deal, but the offer should have still been there. Overall, the stay was not bad. Was not at all impressed with the breakfast as it looked like it had been sitting out for several hours or that it was reheated from the previous day. The pastries looked old and stale. The hotel is also somewhat difficult to access from the highway. You have to go down the street past the hotel about a quarter mile to even access the hotel and even then, the road that you turn on to get into the hotel is easily missed.
