The apartment was spotless and had everything needed. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful.

New facility , everything one needs including a fully equipped kitchen , excellent service! Plenty of things to keep your kids busy. Overall, highly recommended for people looking for a quiet and very pleasant stay! Mike D

Stayed here for the second time in May 2026, and for the whole stay (5 nights) there was a large film crew on the property. They occupied 2 whole blocks of apartments, and we're filming all day and into the evenings by the main pool, with people and equipment and disruption the whole time. We contacted the reception who offered us to move apartments, but the problem was not with the apartment, it was with the loss of peace and tranquility by the pool. For somewhere that markets itself as a haven of tranquility, having a huge film crew on site does not give guests what they booked. Also paid for "secure underground parking" which was not secure at all, the shutters being permanently up the whole time because half the car park was taken up with filming equipment. Reception team ended up getting a little blunt with me, telling me if I wasn't happy then I could check out the next day and have the remaining days refunded. In the end they offered a free breakfast box, which if I'd paid €40 for I'd be livid. 2 croissants, some juice and that was about it. Since returning home, I have emailed their main email account koraliving twice and received no response whatever. Very disappointing trip, we had such fantastic memories of our stay 2 years ago but now it's tainted and we shan't be returning again.

Amazing family chill out experience at Kora. We stayed for five days to rest and relax. I picked this boutique hotel based on the positive reviews and the location. Hotel is set 20min away from the south airport in a quiet little coastal village called Abades. The grounds are clean and the views are amazing. Nice layout and easy 5min walk into town for supermarket, restaurants and bars. Lovely coastal walks as well. There is a small beach in Abades but we chilled by the hotel pool. Hotel service is very good. Easy check in and rooms are clean and spacious with modern simple decor. We stayed in the 2 bedroom room which has an open plan living room with a modern kitchen. Rooms very clean and super comfy beds with super soft pillows. Bathroom modern and clean. Each room had a terrace with space to sun bath on the loungers and a table to chill outside. Hotel had two pools that are warmed up by solar panels. We went in April and temperatures of pools was okay. Hotel also has a nice breakfast bar (which also serves sandwiches for lunch) and a cocktail bar. For lunch or dinner you need to head into town or go further afield. Each morning the hotel provides a yoga or Pilates lesson by the pool which you have to sign up for. We did this every morning and would definitely recommend. Nice touch! We really enjoyed our stay and it’s definitely a chill and relax place where you can re-energise. The motto is “Disconnect to Reconnect” which it totally is. Definitely recommend and would come back. We had a very short stay but it was worth it. Beautiful and very clean apartments. Staff was very nice and helpul. They also have an amazing coffee on site :)
