Never stay here, if you do, I can promise you will read this again eventually and say "WOW" "I should have listened!" Where to start.... never try to or ask for early check-in , better shot at Regan getting another term in office. The manager is a middle eastern man in his late 40s early 50s , no smile, dark mustache and moderately obese. There is a $20 cash only key deposit that is listed no where. He makes no deal, no kidding. This guy will wait for the man to leave or step out before verbally attacking a female. He stops at nothing or so it seems. He called my wife names, screamed at her and threatened as they love to do to refuse service. Unfortunately there were just a couple things we had no choice and had to bite our lip. If you decide to stay a night or two longer because it's far cheaper than anywhere else, beware, they will make you check out at 11 and back in at 3pm. Ohh and by the way, you must leave the property or the police will be called. Or so he said at least. One last tidbit of advice, limit your baggage as they actually will complain about what they consider is excess... more than 2 bags each I believe. I should mention that my wife cleaned for a few hours prior to considering using the bathroom and shower. We generally know what to expect in hotels such as these, however, this place was disgusting. After sharing before and after pictures and having Trip.com speak first hand with these people we were actually given a partial discount immediately. This should tell you all you need to know. Also, the other subpar second rate hotel Empire is directly connected.. we were not aware of that and booked, upon arrival, we were turned away because of the issues at SuperLodge.

Absolutely horrible experience ever. Don't ever stay here.

I made a reservation for 2 days for rest and zoom meetings. The motel advertised WiFi, yet the room I was in had 0 wi if and had to use my hot spot in which I had to pay for extra for. This was a major inconvenience especially for paying the amount. The front desk gentleman was ignorant, kept cutting me off , attempted to make me ( a female ) feel like I was beneath him. I’m highly disappointed.

Stay away, the hotel was dirty, bad customer service. Stay there for 6 days they never came to clean the room and when I ask to clean the room they say that they will not clean it. They only clean it once per customer. They did not even want to change the towels and they did not change the towels. Just started away.

Room 117 is now the cleanest room cuz i had to clean it myself (which was why i asked if house keeping was needed) There was blood all over the bathroom, on the bedding. Unwashed blood on the bedding to be exact. Even on the comforter. The towels in the room were dirty and used just folded. Im glad i brought my own blankets and towels. Cant put anything in the microwave for more than 2 minutes. The outlets are loose, you wont be charging your phone there. Or plugging anything in. The wifi doesnt work But atleast the fridge is cold

Floor wasn't vacuumed, towels were dirty thank goodness we brought our own. The table in our room was completely lopsided and tilted. Only good thing I can say is there were No bugs or visible mold.

Very very very very outdated Jacuzzi was dirty No bubbles were provided for jacuzzi Mini fridge had old food still inside from prior guest I would not recommend this place to anyone

Arrived at 2:48 & office was closed. Called & was told they were resting & would open at 3 & they did. Clerk was very abrupt. Reqired a $20 cash deposit. Was no liner for ice bucket, no cups or tissues. Toilet tissue holder was broken, WIFI password didn't work & cable went out at 8:30 pm. Will never go to this place again.

The property was the worst of the worse. The property is due to be updated everything is extremely outdated . The front desk staff is rude with no communication skills at all. Now let me fet to the room , it was very.dirty from the moment i walked in the carpet is old and the furniture was broken. The microwave and refrigerator we both unvlean and smelled of rottening food . I had the room with the jacuzzi ( the main reason i booked the room) i didnt even fet to enjoy it because of the way it looked . The stay was not enjoyable t all

I went to check in, and was informed there were no visitors allowed in my room, that I paid for. The jetted tub was so small. I didn't expect much, but this place definitely needs some upgrades and better customer service.

I booked two rooms one of them the lights wouldn't work come to find out they needed new bulbs ! Found a piece of a broken crack pipe, there was supposed to be wifi but it would not allow us to connect ! One of the rooms the pipe under the bathroom sink started having water come out of it , due to us having to take care of that issue so we were late checking out and they kept our deposit for the keys!! The sheets were stained horribly ! They had no ash trays in a smoking room therefore there were burn marks all over the bathtub needless to say it was not a pleasant experience!!! Would not recommend!!!

Room was very clean quiet and very safe environment.. very professional establishment.. ive been staying here for years and recommend this property ....

The bathroom curtain was stained and dirty. The tub was stained. Bathroom walls has spills and looks terrible. They charged me 169 for a dirty horrible Place. So disappointed!!!

If youre lucky maybe a few of the outlets will work so you can turn on a lamp or watch tv. Basics like toilet paper are low; the only roll is whatever is left in the holder. But the real problem is the blatant price gouging. I wanted to upgrade my room to the one with the hot tub and was quoted an extra $55. On the day of upgrade he wanted $95---- in cash. We also were told by another guest that the front desk guy took his cash deposit for being 10 minutes late for checkout. I would give this place zero stars if i could.
