Service was pathetic. We need to wait for an Hour to get a Glass of Milk. Staff was not aware at all about the customer service. There was no Shower Gel in our Room and need to wait for One Hour for staff to Refill that. For all the things you order including Water, u need to wait for Hour or so. Changing room near swimming pool was worst, it was dirty, nobody bothered to clean the changing room.

Resort best on location. Service is slowly medium. In rooms beds pillow is not good. When we try to sit in bed. We are filling in very under the bed

Travelled with my family and senior citizen parents, to visit Ambaji temple. I had booked royal suites to make sure that my family gets the best, but we found all rooms very very poorly maintained! There was all dust in the room, bathrooms were having leaking showers, spray jets were not working, toilet seats were very very dirty. Room service was pathetic and the quality of food (specially the starters) was terrible!! Overall, for the price that was charged for a royal suite, we got a really disappointing value for money...seems all went in the drain!!

Room service is a bit slow, and not steady, i called thrice to clean up the mess of leftovers, but no one came.

No working desk, no refrigerator inside the room. Food quality was poor apart from punjabi menu. Chief do not have knowledge how to make pizza, base was totally undercook. Yes they have replaced but spoiled our mood. Lets talk about the indoor games, the activities area is in different building when we went for first time the person seating in the spa was telling that the activity area is not here. Later on one waiter helped us to reach that indoors activity area. In indoor activity area you will get too hot there is only one table fan which has facing towards ground. On the second day we went to play as weather was rainy so no heat issue, after few minutes one person came and switched off the lights. It’s disrespectful for the guest who are playing in your area and you switched off the lights in front of them. As a human being we know to turn off the lights while leaving the room. But we were playing it’s disrespect. I would never visit it again.

Resort is located on highway at abu road. So a bit far approx 1 hour drive from mount abu. If we talk about food. It was good in taste and sufficient in quantity aspects. Hygiene standards were ok and basic quality. A high level issue arises with service for housekeeping and zero amenities supplies from hotel and its staff. Power cut is also a mere fact to keep your plan on check.

Grate ambiance and pleasant weather and best property i have seen in abu, food is just awesome tasty and yummy mouthwatering foods service is also very excellent.
