The Yubileiny Health Resort is located on the bank of the clean Bannoye Lake in a mixed forest area, 40 km away from Magnitogorsk. The complex includes 3 five-storied buildings and 10 two- and three-storied cabins, 2 medical buildings, 2 conference halls, sandy and pebble beach and embankment, and 3 secured parking lots. The resort can accommodate up to 830 guests in 427 rooms with all the necessary amenities. Extra beds can increase the Health Resort rooms' capacity to over 1000 guests at a time. The hotel offers rooms of Standard, Superior, Studio, and Suite categories. A Standard room includes beds with bedside tables, two reading lamps, coffee table, wardrobe, two pouffes, mirror, cable TV, fridge, tableware, clock, telephone, and carpeting. Bathroom is fitted with shower and necessary toiletries. The dining halls serve three meals a day on a special order menu basis. Several bars and cafes offer snacks during the day. Additional services include - billiards, tennis, sports equipment rent, shooting range, and guided tours. All buildings feature Wi-Fi Internet access.
