Horrible huimos del lugar el hotel es bonito agradable pero la recepción es súper sucia la recepcionista es displicente los sillones caen de mugre, la piscina tiene las lozas rotas y los bordes de la piscina rotos las habitaciones son amplias pero los vidrios sucios y lo peor en la habitación había un raton enorme lastima el área del río muy descuidada obvio hui del lugar lo bueno me devolvieron el dinero sin problema

Estuve 4 días en Semana Santa. Las instalaciones están bien ubicadas, cuenta con infraestructura adecuada (piscinas, restaurante, entorno agradable frente al río Acacías), pero considero que no le han puesto cuidado suficiente a su manteniento. También deben mejorar el servicio de restaurante tipo buffet y diversificar el servicio a la carta. Solo me gustó el un pescado en salsa al monseñor, pero la porción fue muy poca (alrededor de 150 gramos).

El hotel tiene muchas cosas por mejorar. Las habitaciones se encuentran en un estado muy deteriorado, necesitan mucho mantenimiento, se nota que hace mucho tiempo no le hacen una buena inversión y el hotel tiene mucho potencial pero está muy deteriorado. La atención del personal es buena pero a veces se quedan cortos aunque no haya mucha gente en el restaurante.

realmente esperaba mas, al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, tanto preventivo como correctivo, las areas comunes están cubiertas por la maleza, el comedor tiene el techo muy arruinado, las habitaciones son regulares, mal pintadas con las persianas muy dañadas , sin nevera, chapas deterioradas, ducha dañada (ref. cabaña o habitacion 15) ya que se a usado mucha madera en su estructura esta se encuentra muy dañada en varias zonas, por lo demás es un hotel normal, y en mi concepto personal, no volvería.
