Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine super Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einzig Sonnenstoren für eine Schattenmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon fehlten. Mittags war es dann wie in einer Sauna. Das Frühstück ist sehr auf Engländer ausgerichtet.

What a great find. Superb hotel, with great staff, excellent food and fantastic views. The room was a good size, nicely decorated, on the 4th floor and with amazing views across the sea to La Gomera. - room tip - the rooms with sea view can be hot , so if you prefer cooler, ask for non-sea view. The restaurant offers a great variety of delicious meals to suit everybody. The staff are diligent, hard-working and a credit to the hotel. They say there enough sunbeds, but they tend to be all reserved by 8.15 and kept all day. The other thing to note, if you are under 40, is you will bring the average age of guests down by quite a margin ! The village and nearby harbour offer a nice range of bars and restaurants to sample. All in all, a great week .

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. The hotel has lots of activities, with guided walks, table tennis, wine tasting and a talk on the culture of Tenerefe. We also had a Spanish lesson. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Food was good. Beautiful views of the sunset from the dining room. Evening entertainment could have been better and seemed to cater for the older guests with very little dancing. Organised tennis would also have been good. We had a great time and will book again to come back next year.

The service level offered by this hotel is outstanding! One minor suggestion for improvement is the quality of the coffee at breakfast.

AVOID CARNIVAL WEEK - From 15 March 2025 - you will get no sleep! TUI know when it will take place, even though they have no control but they don't advise on the booking website, very poor form from them. Town facing rooms are deafening until 4/5 am, poor residents sleeping on stairwell sofas and downstairs lounge - not a good look for a 4 star hotel and a total farce when we're on holiday, trying to rest. Different story if a room is by a busy road or by an airport - buyer beware, but I'm not up to date with annual Los Gigantes carnival dates - but now you are. I complained to TUI through the rep and app, as advised, someone called to offer me money off the next visit but I declined, asking them instead to put advisory on the website, as they would do with building work, then clients can choose. Someone would get back to me... but my case was closed without further contact. Very shoddy 'service' Everything else - 5 stars, been 7 times before, so particularly disappointing to be treated like this. Vote with your feet and wallet folks!

Very lovely hotel with amazing staff. Very helpful and efficient. Always a smile for everyone. Sea view room just lovely. Food, we ate out 4 nights and 3 nights in the hotel, found the choice very good and loved the menu outside restaurant gave us a choice to eat in or to go out. Pool bar had a good vibe very efficient service. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

As soon as you walk into the hotel it gets a WOW. A full length glass wall allows you fantastic views of La Gomera. The reception is very white and bright. Friendly staff. A wonderful, spotless, restaurant, on reception level, serves a vast array of choice of food with open areas where food is cooked fresh and hot (hot plates too, always a bonus in my eyes). Congratulations must go to the chef and his staff. The bar and entertainment room at the other end of the reception is comfortable, although I thought the entertainment left a big to be desired some night - although some were very good. Four lifts serve 8 floors and are clean, quick and with very little waiting time. Hallways are clean and well decorated and rooms big with good bathrooms and balconies. Massive TV with 8 English speaking channels. Bottle of Cava and 2 water in fridge. Tea, coffee etc plus fruit in room on arrival. Soft towels and sunbed towel (10 euro deposit). Two pools very clean. Plenty of sunbeds all with brollies. Town is quaint, supermarkets, bars and tourist shops. Small Marina ( whale and dolphin excursion 25 euro - brilliant - bus stop within 5 mins. Streets are steep as built on magnificent hillside. So good I have booked for next year.

My first package holiday and everything was brilliant. The staff at Bristol airport couldn't have been more helpful. The flight crew were friendly. Arrival at tenerife was brilliantly efficient and coach transfer smooth. Then check in at the hotel and the fantastic TUI team. And then the holiday just got better. Lots of classes and stuff to do if you want it, really friendly and helpful hotel team. A wonderful hotel in a beautiful spot that we definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

Good hotel in a nice resort. We enjoyed half board and a buffet style breakfast and evening meal. Food was of a good quality with plenty of choice. Sea view room was spacious and quiet, probably due to mostly mature adult only occupation. Staff were really friendly and the hotel seemed to be very well managed. Hard to find any negatives, Would stay here again if we return to Los Gigantes.
