La atención del personal es muy amable y excelente trato. Lo único que sí nos desconcertó un poco fue que al momento de irnos, uno de los libros de la habitación se había quedado en mi bolsa de playa en el coche y nos marcaron y marcaron de forma muy insistente para regresar a dejarlo cuando nosotros estábamos ya algo lejos. Sin problema y con mucha amabilidad regresamos a dejarlo, pero nos pareció muy exagerada la manera en que por un libro tan sencillo nos hicieran regresar. En todos los hoteles del mundo, revistas y libros no son de mayor importancia... Pero sí se nos hizo muy extraña la manera en que se manejó la situación y hacernos sentir como que "estábamos robando el libro" sin alternativa alguna. Eso nos dejó finalmente una sensación no grata.

Vinimos a gozar de una absoluta paz por tres noches y cuatro días, alejados del mundanal ruido y refugiados en un exclusivo paraje con acceso inmediato de las únicas 10 suites que conforman este concepto mexicano de “hotel boutique” Excelente atención de todo el personal desde el front desk con Diana hasta Adrian y muy en especial Carolina la jefa de cocina. Limpio, discreto, cómodo y tal vez con una menor necesidad de actualizar un poco las habitaciones y sus respectivos baños, pero en general todo estuvo muy bien y recomiendo ampliamente este apacible escondite en una paradisíaca playa en Tres Vidas Beach Club, en costas de guerrero

Me gustó la tranquilidad y la cercanía al mar. No me gustó el mantenimiento del hotel, está un poco desmejorado respecto a hace algun tiempo. Servicio de front desk un poco limitado en horarios y el restaurant cierra 9:30pm no habiendo mas opciones ni dentro ni cerca del hotel, y cierran un dia a la semana! Como es posible que un hotel no tenga alimentos durante un dia, estando muy lejos de otras posibilidades?
