Everything is excellent, the place, the facilities, the service, the cleanliness, the restaurant buffet, but what is terrible is the beach club where a drink costs you up to $250 mxn minimum and a shrimp cocktail $250 mxn and up there but the portion It is very poor in both cases served in a plastic soup plate and totally tasteless, both the drinks and the cocktail unfortunately there is no other because you cannot bring your own, the facility is beautiful and its sea pools are the best, but it is absurd that I went to the buffet at their Bella Vista restaurant, I ate and drank until I was completely satisfied, I paid $900 mxn for two people and with an excellent taste, and at the beach club for two drinks and cocktails I left paying $1,100 mxn dissatisfied in taste and quantity. They definitely have to adjust that. I felt bothered to pay that. My problem is not money, my problem is not receiving what I deserve in exchange for it.

It is a hotel that, although it is a little far from everything, is perfect for having moments of tranquility and peace, there is no noise, everything is very clean, the people are friendly, and it is compensated by the places you have access to. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow!! My sister and I flew from Vancouver to stay for a week at the beautiful Hotel Las Brisas in Acapulco. The hotel is up on a hill overlooking Acapulco Bay and all of the casitas have their own pool. They have a sunset bar and awesome beach club down the hill at the ocean. The beach club has a bar and restaurant and features a freshwater pool as well as two saltwater pools connected to the ocean. These pools have fish, starfish and sea urchins! The beds are so comfortable, and coffee, fruit and pastries are delivered each morning. The hotel staff were friendly and took care of anything we needed. We would especially like to thank Andrea on the front desk, and Santiago, who drove us everywhere in his pink and white jeep! Muchas gracias, Las Brisas!

What an iconic place. No place defines the region like Las Brisas! You can feel the history when you stay. Amazing sunsets and friendly staff that make you dread leaving. Acapulco has so much to offer and we can’t wait to return.

Great place to stay at Acapulco . I recommend to rent a car at the airport . Surely you’ll get a good deal . Cheaper to go to and from at the hotel . Taxis are really expensive . Buy some water , juice , wine and some. Munchies on the way in order to have them handy at your house .
