Estuve alojada un fin de semana de mayo en esta belleza de hotel. Encantada y muy satisfecha. Es un hotel boutique de época, pero con todos detalles y comodidades que se necesitan para pasarla realmente genial. La atención es suprema, tanto en recepción como en el resto de las áreas del hotel. Las habitaciones grandes, muy bien decoradas, limpias, con un mantenimiento perfecto. La piscina y los exteriores una belleza, mucha vegetación, lleno de lugarcitos para sentarse. Los jardines de invierno una maravilla. Merendamos en uno, cenamos en el otro. Todo tan lindo, que quedamos maravillados. Un lujo de hotel, mis felicitaciones totales. Volvería mil veces y recomiendo totalmente.

Um casarão antigo muito charmoso e aconchegante, que mantém a decoração e o estilo de época. A área externa, em volta da piscina, é uma atração à parte. A vegetação exuberante dá um colorido fantástico. Fomos para um pernoite, somente, mas valeu a experiência.

precioso, te sentis como si estuvieses en otra epoca. la decoración neoclasica de los 1800s mezclada con wifi, netflix y aire acondicionado es perfecta. buenisima alternativa de los hoteles de cadena de siempre. ademas tiene gym y desayuno riquísimo.

An elegant, historic late 19th century hotel with all the charm and wonder of its European aristocratic past. Beautiful antique furniture, neoclassic stained glass windows and a winding pebble-stone courtyard that surrounds a lush green courtyard. Absolutely serene. Complimented by a genuinely attentive staff who go out of their way to ensure a memorable stay. For fair balance, the rooms are not terribly sound proof but that’s also a big part of the charm that leaves you feeling like you're staying in someone's home and not just another hotel, the San Isidro Cathedral, cafes, plazas, shopping and riverfront residential areas are all within a 2-15min walking distance. I was there for a week and saw the joy in families, couples and even those like me, on business. I strongly recommend Hotel del Casco.

Linda casona, recauchutada con estilo y tranquila, pero fría. Si hubiera ido en verano me hubiera quejado del tamaño de la piscina. Pero no, era apenas otoño y costó calefaccionar la casa que nos dieron. Si vas con auto prestá atención al llegar porque el acceso no es cómodo.

Great place to chill out for 2 nights after pounding the streets of BA in a late summer heatwave. Lovely staff - anyone who puts up with me murdering Spanish deserves that description anyway- made us feel special. A room the size of a warehouse, a bed the size of a helipad and a bathroom to the same scale. It's an attractive mansion with a 20 year old annex at the back all done to fit in. A lovely courtyard & small pool. Don't stay out too long late afternoon because the mosquitos will find you. The hotel services operate on a whats app basis which is a lovely way to summon up a drink from the cheery staff Nice breakfast room with a good buffet choice - we chose to eat out in the courtyard. San Isidro is a lovely upmarket town with some cool panaderias- a good one just next door & a nice Cathedral with Town Square just a minute away. Ventured down the town square steps towards the river. Whilst that looks promising from Google maps in practice you can't get to the shoreline as sports clubs have private beach fronts. Better to go a couple of stops down the coastal train line back towards the city where there are some nice beachside restaurants Great place to relax & a short taxi ride to Jorge Newberry airport Loved it!

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Buenos Aires, especially if you want to explore Tigre and the north of the city. Hotel Del Castro is located in the old part of San Isidro. It has a stunning courtyard and dipping pool, where you can relax, work or have coffee or meals. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and refined furnishings. The breakfast is delicious and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend.
