Food is normal, I only stayed for 1 night and was able to eat breakfast. But in the end, Best Western quality..

The facilities in this hotel are very old. The hair dryer is broken and can’t be repaired, and it won’t be replaced. If it’s not already booked online, I really want to change to another hotel. It’s not worth the price. I don’t recommend it

The location is great , very close to the airport! But the restaurant food is expensive but not tasty, I ordered the pizza but too salty and hard. The hotel provides the bus service to the airport every hour, you have to go down on time sharp.

Hotel property is okay but 1. Break fast they don't have inventory/food qty as per the guest quantity. So by 8:00 AM most of the stuff you are expecting will get finished. 2. Hotel cleaning staff doesn't keep basic stuff like Towels, soap etc. This shows no one is managing the staffs and looking for customer satisfaction. Therefore not happy with the overall service

The hotel could be very good. Olympian calm and comfortable bedding for a good sleep, decent breakfast, located close to the airport but quite a few faults: * Lack of maintenance with rickety utensils, poorly fixed or maintained such as the faucet or the shower door * Poor staff efficient at reception, taking many minutes to print a simple invoice * 15 minutes to obtain an espresso during breakfast.
