Right from the beginning, I knew that I’d have a good experience. Anita was very good and I felt relaxed and comfortable during the whole massage, I would definitely be visiting here again for a massage and I will specifically ask for Anita again.

My masseuse was gifty. I came with my husband, the residence was really nice to begin with, they had a really nice pool and waiting area assisted by Annabelle. They was so welcoming and professional to begin with and don’t let me start on the massage. It was so relaxing and peaceful, I have never felt so good after a massage in my life and I get them very often. I will be recommending this spa and will be back.

Please ensure that staff personnel cleaning apartments are clean. Strong smell of putrid body odor B/O in the room and sheets.
Had to toss out the pillows to get rid of smell. Otherwise great place.

Kwarleyz residence offers great reception, magnificent hospitality, and safe haven at a great location. The staff are very kind, courteous, and above all very professional who are always willing and ready to help. Our butler Mark, is such a remarkable professional who was always at our service. Kwarleyz residence has such a responsive and responsible staff right from the general manager to the director of operations, the front desk, kitchen staff, butlers, the amazing housekeeping staff, laundry personnel and security personnel. Great experience overall!

Had a lovely experience at Kwaleyz residence. The rooms were neat, the food was good and there was a nice pool area as well. The staff was also friendly and very helpful. It was easy to get around to town as well since it was very well situated. I will be going back.

The room, the restaurant, the pool, the service and ambience were all topnotch. Kwaleyz provided all that was needed to have that family staycation. It was the right cocoon while indoors and yet well located enough to return to reality when the staycation was over. Highly recommended.

Excellent layout of rooms. A modern luxurious appeal. Cosy and spacious interiors. A total quality experience. There's adequate basement parking. Sky view was breathtaking. A well fitted gym adds to the exceptional experience. Location offers easy accessibility to essential facilities.

From being picked up from the airport, to being served fresh squeezed juice mocktails at arrival-Kwarleyz was top notch. The suite exceeded my expectations. The bed was more comfortable than a lot of hotels in the US. I really loved being able to cook in the kitchen. The location is perfect, close to everything! Staff goes over and beyond! Definitely the best stay ever!
