Great safe place to stay

Not what I expected. Only one bath towel given. No detergent for the washing machine. Fire alarm went off in middle of the night. Most importantly the bed was so firm and we could not sleep well.

The Staff was very responsive and helpful. It was one of the better properties I stayed in while visiting Accra. I also loved the location and the close proximity to shops.

This is the grossest hotel I have ever stayed and in! I changed rooms 4x and shortened my vacation after the 4th. The 1st room had a foul odor, unclean and had roaches, 2nd room had a really foul smell right outside the room in hallway, 3rd room was on 1st floor but sliding glass doors wouldn’t lock, 4th room appeared Ok until I started itching in bed and saw what appeared to be bed bugs and then I saw a roach on my phone charger so I immediately shortened my stay. The shower was moldy, cracks on the wall and dust everywhere. Housekeeping DO NOT clean or change sheets. No toiletries, a bucket for trash cans in most rooms. The towels are like sandpaper and very dingy. I don’t think they even change sheets between guests. The mattress was stained with blood in fourth room. I started coughing during my stay and still doing so, going to see my doctor to see what’s going on. Avoid this place at all costs for your health! This is a Petri dish of germs! This place should be shut down!

We like the place but the food was horrible, noisy in the corridor sometimes, on the last day we couldn't bath because of water. I have to think well before i come back to stay there again. Thank you.

If I could give a 0, I would. I booked through my airline powered by ********** and basic necessities they advertised would be provided were not. They told me the room I booked was not available the day I was to travel and could not ask for a refund. With the short notice, I had no choice but to take the room they suggest was an “upgrade”. There wasn’t a hairdryer, no hot water to shower, the linens were stained and scarce, no hand towels, limited kitchenware, and the list goes on. I tried numerous time to get a hold of management but was block, I do not know who runs this place and have a feeling they are not monitor their business. I was at the property for 14 days. My complaints fell on deaf ears and the lack of care was frustrating. The power to my room kept going off and we’d have to call each time. The other rooms had electricity. They limited how much WiFi was given and kept reducing the amount of channels on the tv. I went three days without housekeeping coming to change towels and when the balcony door would not open we asked to get it fixed and nobody came. After making a big fuss, they moved us from building D to A and the nightmare continued. They DO NOT CLEAN properly. The white walls were dirty. We had to borrow a broom from the next door folks to sweep. We received a knock at our door from a couple moving in desperately asking for cleaning supplies. They checked-in in the middle of the night to deplorable conditions. With all of these problems and lack of customer service, they wanted to charge me $100 USD late check out fee. I said absolutely no and negotiated $50 USD which she wanted in cash and not credit card. They are con artists and frauds. Belinda and Jessica are the the people I communicated with. I never even saw Jessica my entire trip, so I don’t even know she’s real. Belinda only showed her face when she came to collect money, never when we made complaints. They would send the maids to do their dirty work. The only nice individuals were the security guards. They were helpful each day and greeted us. There is so much I’m leaving out but this experience in Ghana would make me not want to go back. If a manager sees this and want to reach out to me directly, I can tell you in more details what happened. We asked for a manager and wasn’t given one. I have screenshots of all my messages as proof.

The property is lovely. Three swimming pools, decent gym, and a nice (though painfully slow) cafe. Big thing to know: this is an apartment not a hotel. So no little shampoos, hair dryers, coffee, etc. bring what you need. They give you two towels they wash once a week - and they ration the towels like they’re gold. And for god sakes - don’t stain them or they’ll want to charge you. And watch their billing. They’ll want you to pay up front. Watch out for the hustle and definitely know what you’re signing Also - unfortunately only one restaurant within walking distance and like I mentioned the on- property cafe is soooooo slow.
