If I could give a 0, I would. I booked through my airline powered by ********** and basic necessities they advertised would be provided were not. They told me the room I booked was not available the day I was to travel and could not ask for a refund. With the short notice, I had no choice but to take the room they suggest was an “upgrade”. There wasn’t a hairdryer, no hot water to shower, the linens were stained and scarce, no hand towels, limited kitchenware, and the list goes on. I tried numerous time to get a hold of management but was block, I do not know who runs this place and have a feeling they are not monitor their business. I was at the property for 14 days. My complaints fell on deaf ears and the lack of care was frustrating. The power to my room kept going off and we’d have to call each time. The other rooms had electricity. They limited how much WiFi was given and kept reducing the amount of channels on the tv. I went three days without housekeeping coming to change towels and when the balcony door would not open we asked to get it fixed and nobody came. After making a big fuss, they moved us from building D to A and the nightmare continued. They DO NOT CLEAN properly. The white walls were dirty. We had to borrow a broom from the next door folks to sweep. We received a knock at our door from a couple moving in desperately asking for cleaning supplies. They checked-in in the middle of the night to deplorable conditions. With all of these problems and lack of customer service, they wanted to charge me $100 USD late check out fee. I said absolutely no and negotiated $50 USD which she wanted in cash and not credit card. They are con artists and frauds. Belinda and Jessica are the the people I communicated with. I never even saw Jessica my entire trip, so I don’t even know she’s real. Belinda only showed her face when she came to collect money, never when we made complaints. They would send the maids to do their dirty work. The only nice individuals were the security guards. They were helpful each day and greeted us. There is so much I’m leaving out but this experience in Ghana would make me not want to go back. If a manager sees this and want to reach out to me directly, I can tell you in more details what happened. We asked for a manager and wasn’t given one. I have screenshots of all my messages as proof.
