The staff are friendly but May only treat you “as good as you’re dressed”.

Beautiful interior. Ashley was particularly helpful in showing me where I needed to go. Very diligent and listened to all my questions. Thoroughly enjoyed Gallery 1957 spaces and the gentleman Brown at the bar was also really great.

We had a great time at the hotel. Especially with the staff at the executive Lounge. Getrude provided outstanding service. The pool service is incredible as well. Overall 10/10 . We will definitely be back to the hotel in the future. Thank you

I used this hire on a business trip! Cool, comfy and well appointed rooms with desk and fridge and a huge walk in shower! Staff warm and friendly- loved the kitchen team ensemble appearing to celebrate a customer’s birthday! Pool attendants diligent and the customer service team (including Ivan) fast and courteous!

Upon arrival you enter the lavish foyer at Kempinski Gold Coast which is breathtaking but also warm and inviting. There is also beautiful African art, paintings and sculptures throughout the hotel which is extremely regal. If available I would advise to book an Executive suite as not only is it comfortable, luxurious and spacious, you'll also have access to the fabulous Executive lounge. And make sure to book a massage and to utilise all the spa amenities for the full experience. We were treated very warmly by the staff too many names to mention but notable standouts; Charity at reception, Ashley in the lobby, Alex, Daniel and Philopina at the pool, Dennis, Erica and Esther in the Executive Lounge and two lovely ladies at breakfast (whose names I unfortunately cannot remember). One who memorised our drinks order and had my husbands English breakfast tea with oat milk ready and waiting and the other who plied me with French toast. Our trip to Ghana was memorable for all the right reasons and more so due to the Kempinski and staff. Thank you!

Had the pleasure of visiting the kempinski for work. Samuel K at the papillon made our experience at breakfast so wonderful! He was attentive, hospitable and kind! The food was excellent as well. Can’t wait to come back here on another work trip soon!
