Very cornfy bed I slept like a king The location high-end and very good for a wuute rest. The facilities are top notch and plentiful The breakfast is out if thus world as the variety is both local, continent and international The welcome by the front desk team is next to none

Alisa is a wonderful hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, the food is good, the neighborhood safe and close to town. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful, especially Mr. Zakaria Idriss who helped us a lot during our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel for business and family journeys in Accra

Was part of the organizers of the Bank of Ghana training for forex bureaus. Took place between the 1st of July 2024 - 12th July, 2024. Was generally impressed with the IT service provided, specifically one IT staff, Lesley Odoi for the prudent service rendered.

A very beautiful Hotel, with great staff members. service was great with very delicious with varied options. The hotel has a great location and even though i was on business assignment, i took time out busy schedule to enjoy their swimming pool and spa services.

I came for Friday BBQ with my family and i saw one of your workers who was actively ensuring that the staff deliver a wonderful service. He was very welcome and accommodating he took his time to sell some of your products to us and we visited Alisa Hotel again on the Father's Day your food was delicious, I watched his name tag then I realized he was not even a waiter but the Human Resource Officer his name was Dennis. I will surely visit here again.

My stay at Alisa Hotel was perfect, the hotel makes every effort to ensure guests have an outstanding visit! The dinner buffet is delicious, the rooms are spacious and immaculate, the customer service is superb, and the gym is well equipped. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Accra!!!!

The hotel is very nice with excellent space for meetings and conferences with a very welcome and gracious staff. They were all wonderful to work with but the little things that make it all smoother for a guest really matter. For me it was when I had to fly out for a couple days before returning. Richard (driver) and Christian (concierge) were waiting for me at the time I had set up with the front desk to take me to the airport—but then on the ride they offered to arrange pick up when I returned. I hadn’t thought about this as I came in at the international terminal and the hotel has an indoor waiting room for the shuttle—I wasn’t thinking about the fact that I would arrive at a different terminal. They took my return information and also provided me with a number to call to confirm as I was taking off. I am so glad they did! My flight was diverted due to weather and we landed to refuel and I was able to contact them and let them know what was happening. They stayed in contact with me, the driver (Rama) spotted me easily and he had been informed and they made a stressful day so much better! These gentlemen are truly professionals in the hospitality industry!

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks for business purposes. The staff, from the one that helped me with my bags to the quality Supervisor were amazing. Everyone always greeted me with a smile and treated me like family. The facilities were always clean from the parking lot to the rooms. The services at the restaurant and bars were always top notch. Mrs Cynthia at the restaurant was always amazing, thank yoh for the great service.
