Alisa Hotel North Ridge

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks for business purposes. The staff, from the one that helped me with my bags to the quality Supervisor were amazing. Everyone always greeted me with a smile and treated me like family. The facilities were always clean from the parking lot to the rooms. The services at the restaurant and bars were always top notch. Mrs Cynthia at the restaurant was always amazing, thank yoh for the great service.

The guys at the bar were great and chef Isaac's meal was excellent and timely delivered. 'll definately do this again with the boys

The front desk staff along with Madam Irene, hotel manager, kitchen staff, dining staff, bartender, housekeepers, shuttle drivers, taxi staff (Sir Steve Smith) and rental car driver (Sir Patrick) made my business trip wonderful this week. I plan to return again this year. I loved the rooms I stayed in (5007 and especially 2035), too. I will recommend the Alisa @ North Point to my family and friends.

The customer service is top notch especially Irene and Edna. The room prices match the quality. I stayed in both the standard and junior suites and the rooms are quite nice. The food is also good. Prices range but overall affordable. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent service all through my stay. From the receptionist to the waiters/waitresses, they were a fun to be with. Your rooms are super cool and the hygiene is super excellent. I had the opportunity to have been served by Irene Gbenou, Ozibeth Addo, one Elikplim, Josephina, one Diana for Opera 2 etc and I was so excited Ghanaians can give this kind of hospitality. I wish WABILED and many other Service related courses are organised here. I have vowed to sell you out to as many as is possible, if Alisa can do it with these exceptional staff, then it's worth telling others to come see oooo. The management and staff are just amazing . This is where I wanna be always. Thanks to you all. I pray our paths cross again. Shalom and peace to us all. I was personally attended to by Dorinda. Her humility was profound. We can all make it here, I praise you believing you would always top the list. Alisa Hotel is the best service I have ever received in Ghana. Let's keep the quality.

The service was great. Everyone was helpful especially Mabel at the reception who find a way for to refresh after my check out and before my travel back home. Full aircontoned ( this is what you need with these kind of temperature ) although sometimes too cold The area is more than safe

I had a great experience at The Alisa Hotel! The General Manager, Dorinda, and her entire team were professional, authentic, experienced, friendly, and kind. Everyone was amazing, from the airport shuttle team, the property gate staff, the reception and lobby teams, the porters, the restaurant and bar staff, to the room staff and parking attendants. The rooms were clean and had a well-stocked coffee and tea station. The hotel staff ensured guests stayed hydrated by replenishing bottled water daily and as needed. The hotel has many amenities and is located in a secure central location. I look forward to returning for future visits and highly recommend The Alisa Hotel.

They were very helpful in every way. Although we were a large group they made sure everything ran smoothly. They accommodated all of our needs. Every staff we encountered were always attentive. The security of the hotel made it fell safe at all times.

The general experience was good, had a good time and I would come again certainly. From check-in to check out the staff and everyone was helpful, cheerful and ready to assist. Top mention has to go to Dorinda who was actually outstanding. Great Hotel and I’ll definitely visit again
