very good service by the front desk.
thought that onsen was very authentic. The indoor bath is typical of a japanese bathhouse. Outdoor bath is great - can see stars.

Very nice hotel in the star gazing area Aichi. Though little reviews, we went to stay and greeted warmly as we were the only tourist. Dinner was sumptuous. Room was great though bit small. Onsen was a plus with star gazing opportunities at night. Overall, recommended high CP!

Although I stayed for multiple nights, both meals were delicious and varied, so I was very satisfied. The staff were also very friendly and made it easy to ask for various requests. I would definitely stay again.

Traditional Japanese-style room, clean and quiet environment, polite and patient waiters. There is plenty of food for one stay and two meals, and you can't finish it in an hour. The futon smelled so bad it was itchy... I couldn't sleep if I wasn't tired. I only noticed it when I was laying the futon down. When I woke up, my hair and whole body smelled like a rag. Other than that, the food and bath were good.
