Abbiamo alloggiato qui una notte, struttura come nuova. Le camere sono grandissime, arredamento elegante e munite di angolo cottura con annessi piatti, pentole ecc... Mini frigo con due bottigliette d'acqua in omaggio. Bagno spazioso e pulitissimo. Hanno accettato senza problemi il ns cucciolone dal nome Zeus. 🩵 A concludere un enorme terrazza. Esternamente l'hotel è curato benissimo con piante e fiori di ogni tipo. La vista è spettacolare e gode di un posteggio con telecamera. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Prezzo con colazione inclusa onesto.

Ottima posizione. Camere spaziose, pulite ed in generale ambiente ben curato. personale gentile ed accogliente. Non conoscevo questa struttura è stata una piacevole sorpresa e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Colazione per tutti i gusti. Personalmente lo consiglio!

A parte di divano letto che cigolava il resto del soggiorno è stato eccellente. La camera è ampia, luminosa e ben arredata. Come detto il letto matrimoniale era un divano letto (la cosa era comunque precisata nella prenotazione tramite Booking) che era comodo ma un po’ rumoroso. L’assistenza alla reception della ragazza di cui non ricordo il nome assolutamente positiva per cordialità , disponibilità ed efficienza. Il residence è ubicato sul mare con un piccolo accesso su al mare attraverso scogli. Certo se riuscissero a montare una piattaforma anche piccola per fare bagno senza doversi arrampicare sugli scogli sarebbe il massimo. Bella la terrazza solarium con lettini e poltrone per poter godere di splendide serate su cielo stellato.

Bellissima struttura in ottima posizione; ampia camera con piano cottura; parcheggio gratuito; buona colazione con possibilità di averla in camera; cordiali e disponibili i ragazzi alla reception. Peccato per la pulizia molto deludente: per esempio il piano cottura, già sporco al nostro arrivo, non è mai stato pulito. Inoltre non vale la pena pagare di più per la camera vista mare, perché i terrazzini di quelle vista giardino sembrano molto più puliti e curati. Per questi motivi il prezzo pagato è risultato eccessivo.

Siamo arrivati oltre l'orario della Reception a causa di un problema sul volo ma siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità . La stanza assegnata è ampia, climatizzata, con balcone, cucina. microonde, frigorifero; dotazione di piatti, bicchieri e posate per tre persone. La colazione è ottima, ricca e con prodotti locali. La discesa a mare è un plus che però deve essere sfruttato da chi ha qualche dote atletica che io non ho più; il solarium con vista mare è impagabile. La sera arriva il profumo del mare e il sommesso rumore delle onde. Bello.... Unica nota: le stanze sono mal insonorizzate.

Accoglienza top con Diego, gli abbiamo dato filo da torcere dimenticando le chiavi in camera ma lui sempre cordiale, abbiamo trovato ad attenderci un po' di formiche, ma il personale si è subito adoperato per risolvere il problema e l'impegno è stato ripagato. Le camere sono pulite e dotate del necessario, il cambio dei teli da bagno è quotidiano e ciò, a mio parere, fa guadagnare punti. Silenzioso e a poca distanza da tanti lidi che si sviluppano sul litorale. I posti auto non sono tanti ma noi li abbiamo sempre trovati. Consiglio sinceramente di sceglierlo qualora vi trovaste ad Acicastello.

After years of attending Aci Castello, I try Zeus for the first time. Beautiful "Hotel residence, spacious, well furnished, clean rooms. Good breakfast. Direct access to the sea. Friendly staff. Direct access to the sea. Beautiful place in the middle of nature.
