Struttura storica e ben gestita, camere pulite, confortevoli e spaziose con bagni di livello. Note dolenti per quanto riguarda i servizi spa e benessere, servizi un po' datati e non al passo con i tempi.
Resta una bella esperienza da fare per relax.

Capitati per caso in tarda serata troviamo questo bellissimo hotel dopo numerosissimi vecchi hotel abbandonati dopo il terremoto del 2009 seppur ancora segnati. Arriviamo a la ragazza della stupenda reception ci accoglie con gentilezza. Ci da una bella stanza e ci indica un ristorante o due raggiungibili a piedi. Camere pulite e semplici, ascensore e corridoi con profumo di acque termali. A disposizione un solarium sul terrazzo esterno, con sdraio, ombrelloni e idromassaggio, la piscina con acqua termale e tubi per chi non sa nuotare e area relax interna al piano superiore luminosa e rilassante con giochi, libri, riviste. Colazione ottima e abbondante. La piscina non è nuovissima, ma è calda e piacevole e i prezzi sono decisamente più abbordabili di quelli degli hotel termali come Salsomaggiore. L'hotel è tra le montagne subito fuori dal centro del paesino, quindi in una zona super tranquilla.

Very beautiful place in the middle of a small, warm, green village.
We had the privilege of experiencing the autumn festival and the chestnut harvest.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
The swimming pool and the terrace offer a pleasant complement.
Breakfast was perfect.
A few kilometers by car from the mountains and attractions of Ascoli Piceno and Castelluccio di Norcia.

Alcuni amici mi avevano parlato, molto bene, delle terme e dell'hotel. Allora io e mia moglie abbiamo deciso di fare questa esperienza mai fatta prima (terme). Pienamente soddisfatti della scelta fatta. Abbiamo trovato personale molto gentile, camere accoglienti e pulite. Il personale del reparto "fanghi" gentile e rassicurante. Il personale del ristorante cortese ed attento ad ogni richiesta. Cibo ottimo. Io e mia moglie soddisfattissimi della nostra scelta. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie a tutti. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati.

Sono diversi anni che vengo qui per inalazioni ma quest'anno ho fatto per la prima volta la fangoterapia. Lo consiglio a tutti sono 45 minuti di relax e beneficio. Una menzione speciale va agli operatori, io Mi sono trovata benissimo grazie ad Agata, fantastica attenta dolce e sempre sorridente! Un lavoro, il loro, duro non immaginavo! Sono stata davvero coccolata, grazie Agata !!

Ricevuto un voucher per regalo. Non ho avuto modo di utilizzarlo e ho pagato la proroga di 10 euro che permette estensione di soli 3 mesi. Alla scadenza della proroga dopo aver chiamato mi viene risposto che non e' possibile prorogarlo ulteriormente nemmeno a pagamento. Consiglio di rivedere le policy. Avete incassato 40 euro + 10, non avete dato un servizio e avete perso un ulteriore cliente (pagante) che mi avrebbe accompagnato. Non mi rivedrete mai piu. Vi ricordo che siete ad Acquasanta e non ai piedi del Monte Bianco, la clientela e' diversa

Personale gentile e disponibile. Ambienti puliti. Buono il cibo. Relax totale. L'unica pecca è che non c'è nessun tipo di intrattenimento per i bimbi. Buono per chi deve fare le cure termali. La sera rinfresca e la notte si dorme bene.
