Letto matrimoniale grande e con materasso supercomodo (i materassi sono stati cambiati da poco, i numerosi clienti svedesi, generalmente alti, hanno favorito anche noi italiani). La junior suite da noi scelta è piacevole e calda anche se i riscaldamenti sono già spenti, il personale gentilissimo. Alla prenotazione ho chiesto colazione salata gluten free e ho trovato pane Cereal sg confezionato, formaggio edam ed un buon prosciutto cotto al taglio, poi volendo c'erano burro e marmellate, e yoghurt di vari tipi. Il maitre si è anche reso disponibile per procurarmi altri tipi di prodotti gf. Niente caffè ( nella stessa macchina fanno anche l'orzo). Nel complesso un buon tre stelle, pulito e confortevole. Qualche...vociare di troppo, la mattina alle 8, da parte di una delle cameriere ai piani...ma a parte questo, il nostro breve soggiorno è stato gradevole. Torneremo sicuramente. Prezzi nella norma.

Personale disumano, esperienza terrificante. La peggiore mai fatta. Prenoto per una notte alle 21:30 di sera. Ho un incidente e resto 2h al freddo ed al gelo in attesa dei soccorsi. L’albergo viene subito messo al corrente e vengo trasportato in un presidio ospedaliero ad ovada. Il giorno dopo mi vedo addebitata la notte

Posto accogliente, pulito con annessi servizi molto buoni; come la Spa con massaggio e la visita guidata a villa Ottolenghi Con Chiara che è stata professionale, gentile e molto simpatica. Grazie veramente per il piacevole soggiorno

Classico hotel un po' retrò, da terme, ma pulito, corretto, camere silenziosissime, personale cortese, comodo, garage anche sotterraneo, buona colazione, insomma affidabile e da ritornare. Aggiungerei solo un po' di varietà al salato della colazione, poi va bene così.

Het hotel is een op zich net driesterrenhotel, iets buiten het centrum. Met de auto ben je daar in 5 minuten. Op zich goed waar voor zijn geld, maar voor mij net iets te sober. Alles wat er moet zijn, is er, maar ook niks meer.
Positieve kanten: vriendelijke medewerkers. En als t****e, het is een ideale locatie als tussenstop van of naar Toscane of verder.

Very clean and friendly staff. Good location and free parking in garage was great!! I will plan to stay again and would recommend it.
