Eu sou brasileira e moro aqui em Jerusalém -israel 31 anos e sempre eu e meu marido levamos nossos filhos duas ,três , vezes por ano estadias em hotéis em Israel ,e viajamos no exterior também,só q na sujeira encontrada neste hotel e uma loucura ,o breakfast e horrível acabou o pão,não tinha suco,nem água quente para o café e a diretoria deste hotel e uma senhora loura q se chama Meri Ovadia e uma racista contra os árabes q da nojo eu me arrependo de ter ir pagado tão caro neste hotel 6000 sh por 2noites por 3 quartos imundos

I read reviews about this hotel and wasn't impressed.what a surprise. The room is clean, we had dinner and food is very good . So not sure why people complain but I really recommend the hotel.it is small and this what makes it nice in current times of corona

The worst hotel ever the worst food the worst service the most rasict place ever so dirty and they don't clean the rooms for my second and third day and they make me wait 3hours for the towels and the rooms small the television don't work and they say no body to fix it it's the worst hotel I see all my life

Hotel was clean and reasonably comfortable. Service was friendly and efficient. It is a rather old-fashioned hotel, which could use some upgrading.

It’s fine to stay there. Overall is good.
The private beach was good.
The hair dryer was not provided.
And there is no desk in the rooms so not so easy to use laptops.
The bed and shower room are good,
But there was a thunder storm coming and the electricity was down for hours.
The breakfast is ok.

This is the letter we received from customers; Bonjour Ilan, J'ai cherché à vous joindre sans succès. Avez-vous agi auprès du lamentable hôtel d'Akko, pour obtenir un dédommagement ? Je vous rappelle que notre 2ème journée a été catastrophique : pas d'électricité, de piscine, de Wifi, de clim, de machine à café au petit-déjeuner..... Par contre, le C...... rien à dire, toujours au top, très bon accueil de Gila. Bonne journée. Hubert
