The furnitures are old, the towels look old, the place is full of dust behind the tv and the corners, the price is too expensive for what you get! The service is very good everyone very friendly and they like to help.

We book a room with 3 single beds, we arrived around 6 (3 hours after check in) & there were only 2 beds , 2 hand towels only, the room became ready around 10 o’clock after we contacted them many many times. We stayed 2 nights & no one came to clean the room & empty the bin which as usual all 5* hotels follow. Only the reception & food area are nice & clean plus very good breakfast. We decided not to book it again .

The hotel is in a small alley. Although the surroundings don't look very nice, the hotel is very clean and the facilities are new. Many foreigners choose to live here. The restaurant on the rooftop can overlook the pyramids and you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. It's very, very good!

The hygiene is average, the carpet in the corridor is very dirty, the environment is average, the front desk service is super slow, inefficient, and the facilities are old. Christan in the breakfast restaurant provides great service and is a beautiful person, thumbs up!

The standard room leaves much to be desired! But the guys at the reception quickly changed it! The spas are not open, the food is quite tasty, but it’s better not to take dinner

The hotel itself is not bad, but the rooms could use a renovation. Noisy air conditioning, no insulation from the adjoining room, bad shower… in short: it is not a 5*

Visa card scam with the hotel's travel agency otherwise it's not bad with a lot of taxis in front of the hotel

The lobby of this hotel is okay. The restaurant is on the first floor, but the bar is empty. Just like the domestic lobby bar, there are only a few TVs and no music! I ate dinner by myself. The food was okay, but it took too long and I had to wait! The service was ok and I even had a beer! The facilities in the room can be said to be all available, but they are too old. There are also outdoor facilities including swimming pools, which is safer when traveling! This is one of the best five-star hotels in Egypt! Just a little older! The location is also good, right on the Nile River!

The hotel has a great location, a complete breakfast menu, and the lobby feels very good. However, the room facilities are outdated, and after staying for two nights, there was no cleaning service! It took me a phone call to bring replacement bath towels.
